If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. This has been the most disappointing and…read moreunprofessional service experience I've ever had. Their "24‑hour turnaround" is a marketing fantasy -- my vehicle was kept for days, and every return visit has been a waste of time. My favorite was scheduling the appointment and them not having the material and going to my appointment then driving all the way back home to ask to come back at 5 and then having them wrap the spoiler in black. The wrap looks terrible: the black is already fading and peeling, bubbles keep reappearing (guarantee the service on the wrap but when is it completed and when does the customer have to stop coming back), and I've now had to bring my car back five separate times with no real resolution because the issues keep resurfacing. It is crazy. To make matters worse, the workmanship caused damage on the interior of car. My brand‑new 2026 Tesla did not come with a slice in the front window cloth beam passenger side-- but it certainly has one now. Debris is trapped under tint near the driver's window, and scratches are visible under different lighting on the wrap. The shop's response? Blame the customer and suggest adding PPF to "strengthen the material," which is basically an admission that the wrap they used is low‑quality. It has only been a month! The financial impact is infuriating. Removing their failed wrap will cost nearly as much as the original job, and getting the car wrapped correctly -- the way it should have been done the first time -- will push the total to around $5,800 (this is excluding the removal cost), when it should have been closer to $5,800 with proper guidance and options presented. PPF should have been offered upfront, not dismissed with excuses yesterday-- "it would have cost more." Let the customer make that judgement. Read the reviews -- they're accurate. Like others, I checked my Tesla cameras and saw they weren't even working on the car during the extended delays. Nothing about this experience has been honest, consistent, or professional. Gave me different times to pick up the car but always pushing the time out and again tesla has cameras we are able to see if you are working on it. The only part of the car that looks decent is the spoiler, and that's saying something-- but it has only been on the car 2 weeks so let's see how it holds up. Save yourself the frustration, the money, and the damage. This was the worst service experience I've ever had with a car--- EVER!!!

They're very knowledgeable about tint percentages, types of tints, and how it would look depending on the interior. Ladies, or guys, if you're looking to prevent some weird tans on one arm or freckle spots, this is THE place to go. The price is competitive.
