When I first walked into Limitless Physical Therapy, Dr. Henderson approached me with a warm greeting and friendly demeanor that instantly made me feel welcome. From that moment, I knew that he truly cares about his patients and their wellness. Every time I would go back, I felt better, and it felt like I was making progress every time I walked out of the building. A lot of the treatment is one on one, and Robert will go so far as to do the exercises with you as well as give you tips and advice on how you can continue to improve and further your progress at home. Every time you walk through those doors, it feels less like you're going to see your physical therapist, and more like you're going to visit a friend. I no longer have any pain in my knee, and I now have exercises that I can do at home to make sure that an injury like the one that I had won't happen again. Dr. Robert Henderson is amazing! He is currently treating my mom and she loves going to therapy. She was diagnosed with sciatica pain at her primary Doctors, after a lot of pain and muscle relaxers, she decided she was done with medications and feeling this way. She currently is off her medications and just is solely going to therapy. Dr. Henderson is amazing, he pays so much attention to his patients. He is very personal and addresses his patients concerns. His office itself is fast, my mom would arrive sometimes 1 hour prior to her appointments and didn't have to wait much before being seen. They also offer a lot of flexibility. She can alway call and they would schedule her in right way. We highly recommend his office. Ever since the first visit my mother has felt a lot better. Better than she's ever felt with medications. I injured my knee at work and I worked with Robert for over a month and he was great. He is so passionate about his work and what he does. He was very genuine in helping me get better and finding the best treatment plan for me. He also is a great motivator/coach during all my sessions. He is the best therapist I've ever had and I would definitely come back to give him more business if I ever needed to. The students he allows to intern are always great. After struggling to find a location that would work with my insurance, I found Limitless. I got in contact with Robert and he did everything possible to get me in ASAP as I fell behind on my Therapy Sessions. This place is all around amazing. The facility has all the equipment you could need. The staff are knowledgeable, genuine, friendly, down to earth and the vibe is that of family. I was in a ridiculous amount of pain and was tight in my entire upper body (mostly shoulders & neck area) after a wreck. I tried all of the normal heat/stretch/self-massage without relied and not knowing what to do next, I was about to go back to the doctor for pain relief. Thankfully I didn't have to! Robert took care of ALL of my pain with dry needling. It was sore for a couple of days, then almost as fast as the pain came, it was gone! I wish I could give more stars. As a professional ballet dancer, I have a lot of wear and tear on my body and have had my fair share of injuries. I went in to see Dr. Henderson for neck and shoulder pain and he suggested Dry Needling. I was kinda skeptical at first but interested in anything that would help with the pain. The insertion of the needles into the muscle was not painful at all, but I don't have a problem with needles. That evening I was a little sore but by the next morning the pain and tightness was gone and I felt great! The soreness was also gone. They just recently opened an office in New Braunfels and it's easy to get to. Dr Robert and his staff are the best. They really care and take a vested interest in your well-being. I recently took a long road trip and came back with a messed up hip, Dr Robert took care of it immediately even though I wasn't seeing him for that type of treatment. I have had a long issue with sciatica and lower back pain. Dr. Henderson has by far been the most helpful in making me understand the workings of the muscles and nerves that are involved and the exercises that are necessary to strengthen the muscles that are lazy! Robert and his staff are absolutely incredible. This is the 12th doctor for the same issue I have been to, none of them have been as effective as Limitless. I have been in chronic pain for two years now, and after three short weeks I am pain free. Physical Therapy does happen in steps, and we are still currently working on strength exercise.
