I'm a repeat customer and have been very happy with my experience. I will continue to exclusively use this company if everything stays as it's been. Easy booking, very and consistent with great drivers with helpful attitudes. You get a nice car and the confirmation sent the day and hour before always set my mind at easy. One note is that the gratuity is included which is fine for me, but I did have one driver who made me very uncomfortable when he argued that his tip wasn't included (yet I was staring at my receipt confirming it was) and he basically pressured and shamed my husband and I insisting there was no such thing as a prepaid gratuity. So I kind of wish it wasn't included because leaving and not paying a tip is uncomfortable depending on which driver you get. This driver also played really loud dance music and I was exhausted after my flight and wasn't in the mood for such a loud vibe. But again, that was one experience out of five I've had so far and the other four drivers have been great-- very polite and considerate. I am much happier since I discovered this company. read more

I appreciate the email to confirm pick up 24 Hours before and the text from driver within hour of pick up. So any last Minute info can be communicated. We especially like and enjoy Chris as Our driver. Heading to LAX is a breeze... one gets dropped off at your airline terminal For easy check in. And upon return driver meets you before baggage pick up at carousel. Driver will handle the luggage and one just sits back and relaxes on trip Home.
