I was going to use this service as transportation for my wedding. He was the only limo service available, during prom weekend, when my wedding was going to be. He suggested I find a limo service closer to the venue, who might be more reasonably priced (which I thought was kind of him), but he was the only one available, so I went with him and paid the deposit. 10 days before the wedding, the church cancelled our service! (Long story, but luckily we were able to move the service from the church to the reception venue 20 minutes away.) I called Limo Fiesta and said I wouldn't need him anymore because everything was now happening in the same place. I told him I was very grateful for his help, but I wanted to tell him ASAP so that maybe he could pick up more prom business for that weekend, and I totally understood that he needed to keep the deposit. He was very kind on the phone, again, and I was surprised to find that he had also refunded my deposit! He's a really nice guy. If I need a limo service again, he will be the first one to call. E-mails are provided 1 day prior to reconfirm the car service and texts are provided when the car has arrived. Drivers are courteous, punctual, and professional. Booked an 8 passenger limo (airport drop off) four days before our trip, pretty easy. $120 including tip. Not too bad. The morning of (5am! Pickup), i get a text from our limo driver (Ramon) saying he was in front of the house when we were ready (4:45) and if we needed help with our bags just let him know. Very cool that he was early, put our minds as ease. Last time we booked with someone else and they showed up 20 mins late, and we had to run through the airport to catch out flight. Anyways, bags loaded and we got into the car. Temp was nice inside, music was playing quietly and he had placed glasses full of candy in the car because he knew we had kids with us, very cool move. We found Limo Fiesta on Yelp and decided to give them a try. It was actually cheap to use them than to place our car in a long term parking lot near SFO for 2 weeks. One of my worst fears using a car service is if they don't show up. The morning we left, the driver showed up 5 minutes early. He was courteous, dressed in a suit, and even told me that they had a car waiting at SJC just in case my luggage didn't fit into the sedan (Toyota Avalon Hybrid). It was a quick and comfortable 40-45 minute ride to SFO. I emailed Ramon a few days prior to my departure to confirm my reservation. He replied within hours. As soon as the plane landed in SFO and we were allowed to turn on our cellphones, I had a txt waiting from Allen to call him when we were ready for pick up. I called him right after we picked up all our luggage and Allen was there in the Limo waiting area within minutes with a huge SUV (I had requested a bigger car for pickup because of all the shopping we did!). He helped load up the luggage and we were on our way home. I like how the booking and payment is all done online even the tip. It's nice not having to worry about coming up with cash for tip or feeling obligated to. Using Limo Fiesta kept us on schedule and prevented us from leaving the house late. The stress of dropping the family off at the airport, driving to the off-airport long-term parking lot, and then taking their shuttle back to the airport (and doing everything in reverse order on the return trip) was avoided. When they say Limo "Fiesta" they really mean the "FIESTA" My sister had planned a "Girls Gone Wine Tasting" event in Napa for 8 hours for my bachelorette party and the service and quality of it all was perfect! The limo came on time, was clean, fully equipped with our electronic needs- ipod/iphone docking and outlet/charging capabilities for our music, and was well stocked with starbursts, champagne, ice, bottled water, and diet cokes for us. The driver followed the itinerary we had arranged for when booking and opened and closed the door for us as he helped the 7 of us get in and out. When we would leave the limo to visit a winery, he cleaned the inside and threw out our old coke cans and water bottles and made sure that there were fresh cold ones ready for us. We felt like queens of the city! ;) Our driver was soooo nice and was patient with us as we asked him to pull into extra wineries along the way, make a stop at the closest fast food joint, take pictures of us in front of the limo, and made sure us drunk ladies got safely to our next and final destination. It takes a long time to build a reputation and strong clientele but a short while to undermine success. I travel frequently and have been with Limo FIesta for at least the last 5 years and watched them grow over the years. I quite enjoyed their service and recommend them to my friends regularly, and I shared the sentiments expressed in the positive reviews here on this site. Unfortunately, I will no longer give them my business moving forward. I booked a limo to SFO, and I clearly had a discussion with LF that there were 3 of us, and at least 6 pieces of check in luggage. There was distinctly a conversation about the possibility of a SUV, but the recommendation was to use a Limo, which was, to me ,the usual towncar that they have sent to pick me up over the last 5 years. Come the evening of the flight, they sent a regular sedan to pick us up and as a result, the 3 of us have to be squished into the back with the luggage spilling out of the front passenger seat! (BTW, the trunk was not entirely empty for our luggage - there were other "stuff" in the trunk too!) That a miscommunication happened between the person who took my booking and their driver happened, is not unheard of, nor is that the problem. Upon seeing the sedan sent to pick us up, I immediately called Ramon to figure out what had happened and the next steps. The immediate response that it was my problem in booking a sedan, with no apologies for the mix up, and having the driver repeating that nobody told him there was a lot of luggage tells me this is a company that does not value her long term customer. Problems happen - mistakes can be made - but it is in the recovery of mistakes that separates excellent companies from wannabes. Maybe this is the one time LF messed up in their response - maybe not - but there are a lot of hungrier companies out there that would appreciate some business - time to go look for them! I hope this is just a glitch on their part, and all they lose is one loyal customer...perhaps. read more

I am writing this review from a local taxi. Limo Fiesta failed to arrive at the airport to pick me up. I made my reservation with Ramon two weeks prior. When I called upon arrival, I was told there was no reservation made in my name. I was also told it was my fault and that I should have known because I didn't get a confirmation email 24 hours in advance. Sorry limo fiesta. You lost at least one customer. This one is on you. UPDATE: I've spoken to Ramon about this failure and he has corrected this mistake. He is very concerned for his customers and has shown me great customer service. I've used the car service twice since my original review and Limo Fiesta has been perfect. I understand mistakes happen and Ramon and his staff have stepped up to rectify the situation. I decided to use Limo Fiesta as I was tired of our old service and their need to talk to us all the time - sometimes we just want to ride in peace and quiet. Well, we were initially happy with the service and price, then after about the 3rd trip and 4th trip with them they started speeding in residential streets. Twice we had to ask them to slow down in our community as there are many kids riding their bikes and playing in their yards with balls that roll out in the streets. Seriously, after the last trip where they were driving 40 mph in a 25 mph residential zone, I just had to say enough and we will no longer put people in our neighborhood in jeopardy. My wife and I couldn't believe professional drivers would drive like this. No more Limo Fiesta for us. read more

One star just for credit card security. Reviewed online and was booking an appointment. They said they couldn't complete the booking until I provided my cc info either via phone or email. Inquired further and even if I pay by credit card, I'm not swiping the card via Square or anything. They'll have my cc info on file and can charge it directly. Me thinks not. I'm sure they have outstanding service but having a company have my cc info directly on file and them being able to charge on it without me having to sign at point of transaction isn't worth the risk. Their rates are cheaper than other limos but I'd stay away. read more

I booked Fiesta Limo, after having been screwed over by my previous limo driver a week before my wedding! Fiesta was so accommodating and eased all the anxiety I had about booking and any potential of being screwed over again! They arrived on time and the driver was amazing! The stretch SUV accommodated my husband and I, as well as the 12 members of our bridal party. They had a cute red carpet for us, and provided 2 bottles of complimentary champagne (and allowed us to bring in our own alcohol as well). We had a great experience renting with these guys. We rented a town car, which ended up being a really spacious Lincoln crossover. They picked me up in San Jose, then my friend in Sunnyvale, and then we hit up some wineries in Livermore Valley. Ferraz (sp?) was our driver and he was so nice and accommodating! You can book for a certain amount of hours and if you end up going over, they will prorate it accordingly, which I thought was convenient since I wasn't sure how long we would need. Everything is taken care of electronically, which I think is really easy / cool. $66 / hour for a town car (tax and gratuity included). FYI, you can't have open alcoholic beverages in the town car since there's no partition. Was definitely really nice not having to worry about wining and driving. These guys are awesome! I called them up a night before my flight because I decided I didn't want to hassle with parking my car at the airport and they were able to fit me in without a problem. Prices were fair and the customer service was perfect. Towncar arrived at my house few minutes early clean and ready to go. My husband and I used Limo Fiesta to and from SFO for a recent vacation, and it was a very pleasant experience. Going to SFO, the driver arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time. He was very helpful with our luggage and the town car was nice and very clean. The trip was quiet and quick and we arrived in plenty of time for our flight. Coming home, we called from the terminal after getting our luggage and the driver met us within 5 minutes. Again, the driver was very polite and helpful, and the luxury SUV was very clean and comfortable. The ride home was very quiet. All around, a great experience! I use Fiesta regularly for airport trips to SFO and they have been great - prompt, very courteous, clean and comfortable cars that even have free WiFi on-board! The rates are reasonable, too - $85 for San Jose-SFO, and good hourly rates for cars, vans or limos. Reservations are confirmed by e-mail so you can always make sure they have the right information. We used them for our wedding for both the wedding party and to shuttle some of our guests. They kept everything running smoothly, and even comp'd us with a limo at the end of the night (we had ordered a town car). When I priced their services compared to other town cars/vans, Fiesta was very reasonable and easy to work with. It's a small, family run business and they're great at what they do. My husband and I have used Limo Fiesta a few times to SFO. Each time in the Lincoln Towncar has a been a very pleasant and comfortable ride. The car arrived just before the scheduled time, and the driver has always been really nice and patient. They had a current day newspaper and also provided bottled water and candy which I took advantage of drinking and eating, of course. The car itself is clean, the interior is neutral smelling, and the driving was normal and relaxing (no jerky-speeding moves), all of which makes it easy to fall asleep if you want a little nap. I've used Limo Fiesta three or four times and have always had a great experience with them. Two of my favorite things: 1. I booked Limo Fiesta to take me to SFO for a business trip; my boss jokingly gave me the business about booking a limo for a trip to the airport but I promised her that it was cheaper than a cab ride and that it was just a simple towncar. When I got the call that the driver was at my complex, I looked outside and even though I paid for a towncar, they picked me up in a stretch limo. I hopped on the limo's wifi, told my boss over IM that I was in a stretch, and took a picture of the interior with my feet up on the seats. 2. After having to re-book a connecting flight from SJC (where I live 10 minutes away) to SFO and calling Limo Fiesta for a ride home (I'd already used them a couple of times before), I was greeted with an immediate "Hello Mr. Fong, how can I help you?" I believe in customer loyalty when I find a restaurant or business that treats me well, and this really showed me that they are appreciative of repeat business. I told them my situation and they made the reservation booking very easy and straightforward. In my most recent experience with Limo Fiesta (anecdote #2), I landed about an hour later than I should have (around 1am). Edwin, my driver, totally understood the situation and made my ride home pain-free. He remembered exactly how to get back to my house in San Jose and was extremely kind and respectful. They have my credit card on file already, so all of the payment was taken care of and there was no hassle at the end of the drive home. Unbelievable service. They were not only on-time, they were early but very willing to wait until I was ready to come down. They came with bottled water, coke and some candy in the car and made sure that I didn't forget there was WiFi available in the car. I reserved online. They confirmed by phone the first time. And, once they have you on file, every other reservation is all online via email. DISCLAIMER: I am very very picky. Limo Fiesta is incredible! I've used them several times now to and from SFO. The cars are clean, on time (by that I mean 10 minutes early), and has cool little touches such as: starbust candy, bottles of water, and wireless internet in the vehicle.
