We got our scheduled time from 1:00pm-2:00pm with the company, and we set the afternoon aside for this cleaning. When the cleaners showed up late, they struggled to find parking and didn't communicate well with my wife. Ultimately, they had my pregnant wife walking blocks trying to help them find parking in the humid heat. Ultimately, they pressed on her to reschedule for the morning as they wanted to leave. I was frustrated with this as we have medical appointments and purposefully scheduled when we did. When I called Monica and expressed frustration, they tried to find cleaners to come back same day, but with late afternoon traffic, no one was available. Overall, pretty abysmal experience and cancelled all together. I write reviews to help others and to help companies learn lessons. LA Cleaning Experts needs better awareness of their customers where maybe they don't have a pregnant woman walking around in the heat for 40 minutes. They need to work on swallowing defensive excuses before saying them over the phone. Sometimes, a simple sorry is best. Hopefully, you won't get the same treatment that we did.

They didn't not stand around and chit chat like the other cleaners. They did 4 hours for 3/2 house. Wipe and vacuum the house, some deep cleaning in the kitchen as well. I asked how many people would be coming and how long the cleaning would take. The person told me they couldn't estimate the hours without seeing the condition of the house, but they also didn't mention that only one cleaner would be coming. Although they are sending the cleaner, they did not disclose this. On the day of the cleaning, I was expecting 2-3 people, but only one cleaner showed up. She stayed exactly 3 hours and did a very minimal job. Some furniture, like the bookshelves, was still dusty. All of the bathtubs and showers were still dirty--I honestly wasn't sure if they had even been cleaned. The kitchen was the only area that looked reasonably clean. There were still bits of debris on the floor, and it looked like a dirty mop had been used because parts of the floor appeared oily. I do not recommend this company.

In all, they tackled the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and my bedroom. The deep cleaning included a detailed cleaning of all surfaces, baseboards and doors, deep cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, removing dust from difficult to reach places, and vacuuming and washing the floors. My cleaner was Julia- although she only spoke Russian, she followed up any questions I had using Google Translate and it wasn't a problem communicating at all. My only concern was my cat getting out (with previous cleaning services they would leave the front door open for a long time?), but Julia only needed to open the door as she entered and left. The main concern throughout the whole apartment was eliminating the amount of cat hair, and I am thoroughly impressed and have noticed very little if any left after Julia's amazing work (my cat sheds a LOT so that's saying something).
