When the cleaners showed up late, they struggled to find parking and didn't communicate well with my wife. Ultimately, they had my pregnant wife walking blocks trying to help them find parking in the humid heat. Ultimately, they pressed on her to reschedule for the morning as they wanted to leave. I was frustrated with this as we have medical appointments and purposefully scheduled when we did. When I called Monica and expressed frustration, they tried to find cleaners to come back same day, but with late afternoon traffic, no one was available. Overall, pretty abysmal experience and cancelled all together. I write reviews to help others and to help companies learn lessons. LA Cleaning Experts needs better awareness of their customers where maybe they don't have a pregnant woman walking around in the heat for 40 minutes.
