I also never received receipts for the money exchanged or an invoice. The chair unfortunately, does not suit my needs and I need to return but they refuse to accept the chair back and refund my money. On top of that I feel they took advantage of me by not disclosing all the facts before the transaction occurred. I would not have made a large purchase like this if I had known I couldn't return it for a refund. This was very deceptive and bad business ethics especially since the owner of the company will not contact me to discuss this situation.

I never would have found this place without insurance, but I'm hopefully others will find it through Yelp because they were so helpful. They carry walkers, wheel chairs, shower chairs. Breast pumps and accessories for nursing, lots of baby gear and supplies, first aid supplies and home health care supplies. They also have a lot of equipment and supplies for the tattoo industry. If you need something and you're not sure, just call them. They'll tell you if they have it in stock, if they can order it for you, and any other information you might need. Since my insurance covered 100% of my purchase with no deductible or co-pay, it was well worth the drive. But, upon checking out the shop, it would have been worth the drive anyway. I've been to a few medical supply places when running errands for family and friends on the mend, and I'm here to tell you, they can be pretty depressing. But this was bright, spotlessly clean, and staffed by two nice fellas helping you with check out, questions, etc. In addition, there were two other people in offices just off the main floor. These ladies were answering phones, processing insurance, following up with people to make sure they knew their prescription had been called in and all was well. (I know this because they processed all my info, including letting me know when insurance had been approved and when my doctor's office had called in the script. The owner was also on site, and said he is most days. I consider this a great hidden find and I hope if you need this kind of stuff, you'll find them to be as helpful as I did.

Aerocare canceled the nebulizer because it showed the CPAP machine was not turned in. I called and they wanted me to look for the receipt before they email the workers to look at their paperwork to see if it was indeed turned in. I felt like that should have been done instead of waiting on me. I called them every day, twice a day with no answer or when I did get through, the phone would hang up. I finally talked with someone and they needed me to bring the paper to them so they could scan it. This is an an inconvenience for me. The place is far and I'm still sick yet I'm still suffering had to go to the emergency room for breathing treatments because they canceled my machine. I don't think I should have to drive across town to give them a form that was given to me by their office but was not properly put in the system from KW, an employee from Aerocare. They messed up, not me. This is not professional at all.

Encounter issues and they would assume you cancelled your account than offer an amicable solution. They have a faulty computerized ordering system that refuses to recognize the actual quantity of supplies remaining and will either short the quantity you need or send you twice the amount you need. If you do not order once the email ordering form is sent with a 5 day suspense they begin calling on the second day. If you don't answer they cancel your ability to use the automated system.
