Because of the poor service I received at a competitor several years ago, I decided to try Lincoln of Cincinnati. I've been with them ever since and never looked back. The sales department is the most accommodating I've ever worked with. The service department is equally as good. Cody is the best! In my opinion, the service department at Mongomery Lincoln can't be beat. Cody always makes certain that every problem is taken care of and anything that looks as though it could be a problem is fixed. In case there's a question in your mind, when buying or leasing a car, make certain the service department is as good or better than the sales department. It will save you a lot of grief. read more

I am sorry to leave such a low rating, however my vehicle was in your service dept. for almost a month. I had to drive back down to your dealership 2 weeks into the service period (3 hour round trip) in order to ride with my service advisor to have him witness the rattle and reconfirm the rattling moonroof issue (which we did) and even after that I was told that the service technician could not hear the rattle and then, oddly, a few days later was told that the rattle "fixed" itself. I asked if the car had been test driven to confirmed that the rattle was "fixed" and was assured it was. However, within 300 feet of driving it off the lot, the rattle was present. I called back in order to secure another service appointment to "really" fix the rattling moonroof and was politely told, "we don't want to work on the car"---unbelievable! I essentially had to beg my service manager to reconsider and I was "granted" another service appointment, however, I decided to bring my vehicle to another dealership and they immediately verified the rattle and the entire moon roof--glass panels, tracks, headliner--everything has been replaced with brand new under my new car warranty via Lincoln. I am very disappointed in the ineffectiveness of your service dealership and how I was made to feel throughout the entire process of dealing with your service dept. I will not return for service or future car purchases and will be leaving an equally scathing review on your website. You should be ashamed treating a client this way, especially when they bring to you a new, $72,000 Lincoln product for repair! read more

I unfortunately had an issue with Lincoln of Cincinnati that was very easily preventable. I had asked specifically for something to NOT be done on my vehicle while it was being serviced and it unfortunately ended up getting done despite my persistent requests not to. Not only did I ask while making the service appointment, I made sure to send a note with the valet driver and I even called the service department when my car arrived to remind them for a THIRD time, each time my vehicle was serviced. Their lack of attention to detail resulted in $1700 worth of damage to my vehicle (which according to the general manager, Cody Jones, is simply too expensive for them to fix). This situation could not have been handled any worse than it was. Unfortunately my dad had to get involved because as a young woman, I was dismissed and the issues I had were not taken seriously from the moment it happened. My situation was escalated from service management, to general management, and eventually to Steve Reichert and David Fay at Kenwood Dealer Group. Not only were my concerns blatantly ignored (multiple emails to the owners were ignored and I never received a response) but I was only offered a VERY small fraction of the amount needed to fix my vehicle to correct the damage that was caused by Lincoln of Cincinnati. Pray and hope that nothing is ever mistakenly done to your car despite your requests not to do it because this company does not care about customer service one bit, even though they were 100% at fault. read more

Had a great experience buying 2 cars over the last few years from Montgomery Lincoln. The first was a Lincoln which is the most comfortable car I have owned. Loved all the extras, back up cameras, front and side collision warning etc. we also bought a 2015 used BMW for my daughter who is college. The 3-series has been a great car, no issue other than maintenance for the 2 years she has been driving. All of the staff were wonderful, respectful of our families time and driving needs. read more

I have had my Mercury serviced here for five years and they have always done a great job, quick in and out with an appointment and they seem to tell you the truth. I asked about my climate control blowing from the wrong vents yet it blew the correct temperature and they said don't get it fixed until it totally breaks because it will cost too much to take the dash off just to look at it. I also had one service done where the part failed and they fixed it with no questions asked promptly. Greg and Roger have done a great job. I would give five stars if they had better refreshments in the service lounge and offered loaner cars more freely. read more

We started off with a bad experience. But after dealing with SEVERALLY sales people who kept pawning us off we ended up with the right sales person as we were ready to leave! The dealership is hit or miss, I would only recommend calling ahead to make sure you get the right sales person! Chris Harris was outstanding!!!! He made us feel welcome and did an excellent job helping us. We came all the way from Oxford and Chris did everything he could to make sure we got everything taken care of and answered all of our questions.. He had the vehicle serviced and ready to go, and even came in early on sat to help us! Without Chris we would not be walking out with our new Lincoln MKX!! He truly is a bright spot for the dealership! I highly recommend Chris! I give Chris 5 stars, but the rest of the place leaves much to be desired. Thank you again Chris for everything. read more

Our experience with Montgomery Lincoln was incredible. David May our salesperson took the time and patience to answer all of our questions and concerns in a manner which was not overly technical but conveyed the information. With all the new technology of cars David spent the time to make sure when we left with our new car we were ready to go. David is the quintessential preeminent customer service salesperson. Linda in the credit area took extra special time to ensure a smooth closing. We were also extremely happy with the pricing of the car. We exchanged several texts to schedule a test drive of a new MKX. After driving 30+ miles in heavy traffic and rain, I find out all they have are demos. The sales person/manager I was supposed to see, didn't bother meet me and passed me off to another salesperson - who started out by saying they had none of that model. But he found 2 demos with THOUSANDS of miles on them. A complete waste of 2 hours. read more

I am not satisfied with Montgomery Lincoln. The salesman I met with didn't know anything about the car i was looking for. Secondly, I Set an appointment with him on Friday and he interestingly forgot it. Lastly, when I test drove the car, some electronic issues popped out, and they would only fix those issues within my purchase. The staff was not professional as well. read more

I had an appt for my car to be serviced today at 8 am and evaluated for a check engine light. I had to wait almost 2 weeks to get in. I made the appt on line and was happy with this scheduling option being able to detail ahead of. Time what I was experiencing with the car. I have yet to get an estimate or an update even though I have called multiple times. A few of the times the call was never picked up by anyone...Three times I did reach someone and each time that specific person wanted me again tell him what was wrong with the car...very frustrating. Also, having an appointment I was told does not mean anything , a "walk in could be put in front of your scheduled appt," that just doesn't make any sense....these aren't emergency room patients. Also, I was told that the online info that I provided is not able to be visualized...that was a waste of my time . My first and last time I go to this place. read more

I bought my 2007 Mini Cooper here and had a great experience buying so I decided to buy the extended warranty through them too. That was a huge mistake. 3 months after I bought the car I took it to get service for a check engine light and tire pressure light. I dropped it off for the scheduled appointment on Wednesday morning and didn't get my car back until the following Monday! They NEVER called to give updates until I called them and then they acted as though I was bothering them. They kept blaming it on the BMW store and that it was their fault it was taking so long and to cap it all off they fixed nothing. The light magically went off and I still had to pay $140 ...FOR NOTHING! So RUDE, Such a WASTE of TIME. AVOID this place at all costs! You're better off. read more

Probably the worst Lincoln dealership I have been to. I did not buy my Lincoln here but it is the closest to my home so I take it there for service. Clearly they need to be schooled on what the "Lincoln experience" is supposed to be. I previously took my MKX there for an oil change etc and they did not vacuum, clean the interior or wash it. This is standard care for Lincoln service. In addition, the front passenger seat was moved and appeared as if someone had taken a nap in it! Most recently I took my MKX there for a navigational error. They said they needed to order a part, called me after 3 days saying it was fixed. No one bothered to check to see if it was actually working... it was not! After 2 additional days another part had to be replaced. When I arrived to pick up my car, a bunch of garbage was left in the interior and when I addressed my unhappiness with the staff I was told "not to talk to them like that." Unbelievable! read more
