That was fine because Dr. Vieau was willing to take all 4 (even though she wasn't taking new patients at the time) and she was our favorite anyway. Why? Because she had agreed to come into the office on Mother's Day when one of my kids had an epic sore throat that had nearly swollen shut, and had come in on a Saturday late in the day when I was concerned another of my kids had meningitis so that we didn't have to sit in the ER for 100 hours. Dr. Vieau is committed to her patients and actually really cares. We've always been able to get in same day, and even during the worst of covid we were able to be seen. There have been times I've had 2-3 kids sick at the same time and we just all come together and we are in and out-no need to be there for 3 hours with back to back appointments. Efficient, compassionate, very respectful of each family's philosophy on parenting etc, and we've never had a single issue with billing or insurance nonsense. Our family is very very happy with Partners in Pediatrics as a practice and we love Dr. Vieau. We miss Dr. C for sure, but not because we've suffered a loss of great care.

We met with Dr. Keswick for her first appointment and we were so happy with our choice. She was informative, kind, and personable. She was able to answer all of our paranoid-new-parent questions and did so without judgement. We've visited her multiple times since and every time we've been given the same level or respect and understanding. It can be scary having a baby for the first time and having someone guide you through is invaluable. We love Dr. Keswick! Everyone at the office has been great. We've never felt uncomfortable and we've never had to wait very long. I've loved all of the hardworking nurses as well. We've also met with Dr. Mileikowsky and she was so pleasant. She was there with us on the day my daughter had to get her 2-month vaccines and was so understanding of my worry about my daughter being uncomfortable and in pain. We've received such helpful advice from here that there's no need to go into a frenzied Google-search. They're just a phone call away. I've appreciated all of their breastfeeding and general mom-care advice too. I never realized the important role a pediatrician would play in my daughter's life. We started with Dr. Yasigian who was absolutely wonderful but has since retired. My children now see Dr. Peduto and Dr. Crotty as their primary physicians. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a pediatrician for their children. Karen is the RN on staff and she's been there forever. She's extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. All the nurse practitioners and staff are all very kind. Eastside Clinical is located right up the street in case you need to do labs. They are associated with Just Sick Kids which is on the other side of the building. It's basically a walk-in/after hours office that is staffed with nurse practitioners. I used to love this office Dr Schwartz was incredible and the nurses he worked with so warm and welcoming! I can't say the same about the front desk personnel now. We've been coming here for over a year now after moving from NYC. Everyone from the receptionists to the pediatricians are friendly, informative, and efficient. We've never had an issue with same day sick visits, no matter when we call. And we haven't had to wait more than 5 mins upon arriving. Truly an amazing practice - we're so grateful for them.
