The lady on the phone had no sympathy, and was rude and I just wanted to cry on the phone. On Friday I sent a follow up message in the am. No response. I called around 3 and was told by doctors Assistant that the covering physician would send over later that night. It is now Saturday, no prescription as been sent. Guess I'll call again on Monday. 8/14/22 Update They do not answer messages on the portal. They do have a new answering system that forwards call to their doctors assistant to leave a message but still no call backs. I do not understand why communication is so difficult for this company. I would love to change my primary provider; however, initial visit wait times are close to a year for other faculties. Guess I am stuck for now. While my doctor is amazing, the office staff is outrageously rude and abhorrent. When calling for any reason expect to be on hold for 20-50 minutes. When they finally get around to answering your call they will then immediately hang up on you. When you call back, should you be so lucky to get someone on the phone, if you complain about the hold/hang up, they will rudely explain it is their automated system, not the office. They have had this "automated system" for about 4 years now. I have been complaining about it for four years. No wonder they have such low rantings. They must not care about their outdated, useless technology, or are hiring shit staff. It should not take less time to drive to my doctor's office, visit the staff, drive home, then it does call waiting

You then leave a voicemail to have someone call you back. They may or may not ca you back that day. Then, they'll tell you to use the online portal to schedule appointments and message your doctor, of which neither functionality is available. The only appointments you can make online are for the urgent care center, which isn't helpful. Then, your primary doctor will be unavailable and you'll have to follow up with one of their physician assistants. I like my doctor, but their patient satisfaction needs some work here. Not a good place if you need long term follow up from a primary care provider.

We were paired up with Dr. Starakiewicz (aka Dr. Star) and she is as sweet as pie but knowledgeable and trustworthy as well. She always makes sure to really listen to concerns and answer them with thoughtful answers. She genuinely cares about the children in her practice and you can't help but feel like your child is in great hands. Additionally, we had met with Dr. Jha around endocrinology concerns and I was so impressed with her fantastic way with my daughter in making her feel comfortable and at ease with less than comfortable topics and her knowledge in the area. I'm pretty sure she may have been even more knowledgeable than my own endocrinologist. All in all, the staff here and the doctors are amazing and I can't recommend them enough.

The only reason women come back isn't because of the office staff it is because they trust the physicians. If I had to rate the physician, I would rate Dr. Morton 5 out of 5. I have been a patient with him for over 20 years and move with him to this practice many years ago. My mother also has been with him for over 20 years as well, after his partner retired. The number of bad reviews on here should be an indication that the physicians need to rethink who they have working their front office.

I haven't been feeling well for a while and yesterday I hit a new low. I hadn't thought about going anywhere until I stopped by CVS to pickup some prescriptions. I noticed there was next to no wait at the MinuteClinic and decided to sign in. The sign in process was easy and it was great to see that you can now schedule your appointment and save your place in line without waiting. I was greeted by the nurse practitioner named Danielle. She listened to all of my concerns and was super friendly with a great bedside manner. Within about 10 minutes (would have been less if I wasn't so talkative) she figured out the problem and sent the prescription right away to the pharmacy onsite. It was an easy transaction and I am grateful for the convenience during a time where I truly felt terrible and would not have wanted to wait hours to be seen. I highly recommend it.
