Everyone is so kind, patient and makes sure I am not needing help with any other transactions before I leave. It typically takes them longer for my deposits because it's not my bank. They still are patient! They also do events and they are loads of fun. The last one I attended had bounce houses, face painting and a balloon artist! If you're not banking with them, their service alone is phenomenal I can't imagine how much nicer you'd be treated actually banking with them!

It's only been 3 months I've had to make a few phone calls anytime during the week any day of the week minimum hold time is 45 minutes. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don't know if this Credit Union is too big for its britches but they need to get more help. No one should have to hold that long to ask a question about their loan or anything else for that matter . Customer service hasn't helped either. The chat agents seem to be handling too many conversations at once -- responses take 5-7 minutes and usually end up being generic messages like, "We're looking into your history," without actually resolving anything. With how expensive gas, groceries, and everyday cost of living have become, I think people should seriously consider who they trust with their money. For some families, even $125 can make a real difference in paying bills, buying groceries, or getting through the week. In my experience, the way this situation was handled felt disconnected from the financial pressure people are already under. Overall, this has been by far the worst credit union I've used. Good communication shouldn't only happen when money is leaving your account -- it should also happen when there's a problem. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend banking here.

Went in and dealt the very friendly and professional Mumta Molina. In less than 30 minutes I had an account open and my check deposited. US Bank, my now former bank of the last 15 years, told me they could not deposit the check or open a business account for me. I had all the proper paperwork. Bank of America made it a week process with no communication. Royal Bank and Regions just gave me a blank stare and were completely lost.
