Something about the smell of good quality chocolate that awakens the senses. To taste the creamy, deliciousness of Lindt is a rewarding treat. Bags and bars can be found in most grocery and drug stores. But, I make it my business to visit one of their signature stores at least six times a year, both in and out of town. So amazing to see what the other stores carry. The FREE samples are also nice. Cant wait to visit the Lindt Museum in Switzerland. read more

It's a perfect place to get the variety that you want of chocolates. Take your time to review all of the different flavors since there are so many to chose from. I would actually suggest to go online to see what all of the flavor you can try. My favorite one are the chocolate balls in the individual wrappers. The name of these worn come to my head at the moment. It has a nice soft chocolate ball covering on the outside and a delicious and smooth liquid flavor that comes out when take a plunge into the chocolate. Take a lol at the common variety pack to get a better deal. I am a fan of the dark chocolate and not so much with the white or milk chocolate and so everyone has their own taste. I would say try a few of each flavor before buying a boat load of one type. I really haven't gone here in a bit and it worth your visit if you are a chocolate lover. I went in tonight to purchase some of my favorite chocolates as I was in from out of town, but I was turned away because I was paying with a $100 bill. Was told that my purchase was too small(total was $19.83) and for them to be able to take that $100 bill and I would need to spend $60 or more. I left the store upset without my chocolates. read more

I come to this location every few months. They for the most part have a consistant stock of the favorites. Some of the chocolates can get expensive. But, you get what you pay for...delicious chocolate! I am a big fan of their HELLO line of chocolates. They added some new ones so of course I went in to see if I could sample them before I bought them (they're on the more expensive side than the regular bars). Unfortunately, they don't always have samples of those. Bummer, because I usually buy many of them at a time if I know they're good. However, they always have free samples of the truffles...usually plain chocolate and another flavor. The staff is always very nice. They always inform you of the sales they are currently running. This is also a good location for souvenir chocolates if you're not from the area. They usually have nice Chicago themed packaging...christmas and easter designs during those holidays. read more

I was in purchasing gifts for my customers and Dan was great with suggestions for chocolates I would not have considered. They were a huge hit. Dan also made suggestions for my family. Chocolate brownie bars for the kids and dark chocolate bars infused with coffee for the adults. All wonderful. read more

It probably goes without saying but the chocolate is excellent. What I want to point out is how excellent the staff is. Stopped in here on a Sunday Labor day weekend. We spent about 20-30 minutes just chatting and never felt pressured to buy. Yes, we did make a purchase, but just what we had planned to buy. Love the assortment of flavors, much more than you would ever find in a grocery store. Dan was one of the gentlemen we spoke with and I did not get the name of the other gentleman but both were very friendly and helpful. read more

I came here on a covert mission from my company. Pick up a dozen Easter bunnies in the middle of August and not cause suspicion. The women behind the counter was as nice as could be in retail. Very helpful and friendly. I had to get a hazelnut bar for the ride home. Lots of offerings and fresh. Must stop for any chocolate lover. read more

Elise, the manager was not helpful at all. My husband and I stopped in to see what kind of deals he can get and he was asking questions as to what the best deals were. We stated with that we were not purchasing anything yet as we were trying to figure out what the best deal was. My husband said he purchases 20-30 bags (75 ct bags) for his suppliers and he was just trying to figure out he wanted to purchase (for Christmas). The sales person who was helpful and tried to offer different suggestions, the manager walked right up to her and handed her a half empty basket and asked her to fill it. The sales associate said that the girls behind the counter fill them. She said it again - asked her to fill it. RUDE! We walked away and that is NOT how you treat a sales person in front of a customer. Side note - they were NOT that busy that she couldn't answer his questions. He walked back into the store to hear Elise tell the sales person, they weren't buying any candy anyway... Well they lost a big sale because my husband will purchase his candy from the Rosemont outlet mall. Being a small business owner - you have to try and save money were you can. read more

Woohoo, this place is "Soo sweet" :D :D. But seriously, it is. We greeted by some really happy and cheerful staff, offered us some samples as soon as we entered. They have two different varieties of truffles, ones that are made in the US and ones which are imported, though the prices ranges are totally different. Ones made locally are $15/lb and ones imported are about $40/lb. Lotsa nice varieites within the truffles - mint, almond, coconut, dark chocolate caramel was really good. They also had a lot of bars, the first time I had the CHILLI chocolate and it was good. I liked it. A surge of chilli, which was really interesting. read more
