    Worst taxi service. Horrible drivers..fast and dangerous. They give you one price on phone then another price when you get to destination.

My colleagues and I hired…read moretheir limo service to take us from the airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to the airport. Overall, there were no hiccups with this taxi and limo service. The driver was professional, prompt, reliable, and knew the quickest routes so that we would not miss our flight home. On the ride from the airport to the hotel, the driver was very knowledgable about the local restaurants and bars, as we had just got off a long flight and were famished. When we returned from our trip, I mentioned to our travel coordinator to remember this company for the next time we are in town.

    Short version: Do not order a taxi from here unless you enjoy no-shows, drivers calling to threaten…read moreyou, drunk drivers, and horrific customer service. Long version: I called Arrow Taxi (AT) to book three rides for my wedding and confirmed all the information twice. The next day they sent me a text that my rides were booked. A few minutes later a driver, lets call him "H", called as he had misread the message. I told him the pickup was for Friday at 3pm and confirmed that he would still be able to go. 3pm Friday: no-show. I called "H", no answer. I called AT twice, no answer. At this point, my bride-to-be is crying because the wedding hasn't even started and plans are falling apart. I call "H" again and he picks up. He says "AT removed the job from my app so I assumed it was canceled." He says it's not his problem. Fine, so I hang up and try to call AT two more times. Nothing. At this point I'm wondering if the other jobs got canceled too. I call the next driver - he tells me that he told AT he wasn't available and that I never should have received a confirmation for him. I call AT two more times - still no answer. I call the third driver "A" who, Hallelujah, is actually available and planning to do his pickup. I arrive at my venue and call AT once more, but still no answer. Later that evening, I start getting texts from AT about new drivers for the pickups tonight. The last one has "H". He calls me and I tell him don't come - I already booked an uber. He then proceeds to threaten me, saying "maybe I'll show up anyway and we can settle this outside m*therf*cker." He said a few more threats before I hung up. At midnight, "A" showed up; "H" didn't. About an hour later, I start getting calls from "A" and the AT dispatcher. They say that they had the wrong card information and "A" wasn't able to charge for the ride. Apparently, when you book with AT they then give your credit card information directly to the driver to charge you. Not a fan of crazy people like "H" having my card info. I told the dispatcher I need an invoice before I pay - not going to give them any money for the no-shows and I'm furious with them for that + the threats. Saturday, I started getting calls from AT. Their phone only seems to work when they're trying to get money from you. I'll sum up what they said: - The no-shows were a simple misunderstanding (BS) - His driver would never threaten anyone (wrong) - I didn't understand because I was drunk (I wasn't - and said so) - Maybe his driver was drunk and that was why I misunderstood him - I asked the rep to repeat that and he said, again, maybe his driver was drunk. - It turns out the rep thought I was talking about "A", not "H". Now he says "Oh! I understand. I could see 'H' threatening someone. We've had problems with his behavior in the past" and he might have been drinking too. - I didn't receive any sort of apology and then the AT rep said he "can't apologize for something he wasn't there for," but he could have the driver call me. I declined. To sum up: They will do nothing about the fact that 2/3 of my rides never showed up. Nothing about the fact that one driver threatened me, and willingly acknowledge that some of their drivers drink on the job. They called me several times demanding money for the one driver who did show up (drunk?) without even waiting for the invoice to be delivered, and were totally unapologetic while accusing me of being the cause of these problems. In the end, I paid the driver directly - it's not his fault he works for a POS company. That said, I advise anyone considering using Arrow Taxi to look elsewhere. This is a horrible company that should be put out of business.
