Food was cooked to order for me. It was amazing. The staff was beyond amazing. I was very impressed with everyone working. The woman who was cooking would bring the meals out personally. What's not to love. A good ole Wisconsin bar with fun, friendly bartenders and a great crowd. There are plenty of seats, TVs and games. The food is good and you can't beat the prices of everything. One of the coldest beers on tap. Go and have some fun!! read more

The Linebacker is one of the best sports bars I've ever been to! We were going to the Packer game on Thursday night and stayed in Manitowoc on Wednesday and Thursday. Driving into town we noticed the Linebacker Sports Bar. It was near our hotel so we walked there. It turned out to be one of the most fun places we visited on our trip! They have amazing prices, excellent food, good beer selection, and friendly staff. Excellent Food: everything sounded good so I ordered a ridiculous amount of food (I had to prepare for the Packer game tomorrow). I ordered pretzels sticks with beer cheese, chicken wings, and a double cheeseburger. Everything was delicious! Good Beer Selection: they had at least one IPA on tap so I was happy! Most of the other patrons were ordering light beer. Friendly Staff: we sat at the bar because they were fairly crowded (they have a cornhole league and two cornhole games set up in the bar). Sitting at the bar, we got to meet Tara (the bar owner) and Philip (the best bartender ever). They both were super friendly and funny! Amazing prices: our tab was very reasonable. Especially considering how much food we ate and how much beer we drank! We were there several hours and the tab was half what we expected. Overall, The Linebacker is an excellent sports bar! I stopped by here a couple times some days ago and I decided to get some spotted cow on tap! It was $3.50 for a spotted cow and you have to use a $10 dollar minimum if you are using a card! The beer was great, but the food on the other hand is another thing! I tried a perch sandwich here and also some cinnamon, fried donuts and there food is terrible! The donuts had hardly any cinnamon and sugar on them and were really oily! Perch sandwich was pretty bad also! There is a lot better places in and around the area to have a cold beer and a hell lot better food that is for sure! read more
