Well we have been to KC's Kitchen & Cocktails about 5 times now (3-4 people). Always enjoyed the selection of food items. Very good and tasty. Different then your average bar. Sad to say we had a bad experience yesterday afternoon (5/30/2026). The Cheese Curds, Veggie Burger and Bacon in the Chicken Wrap were all overcooked. Had to ask for silverware (can't eat soup without it ) ! And the Lavender Lemonade just tasted like regular Lemonade. Not sure what was going on but whoever the cook was needs to keep more of an eye on what's being cooked ! read more

First time here and not at all disappointed! Had the mushroom walnut burger and it was one of the best house made veggie burgers I've had! My fiancé had the wings and they made them gluten free for him which was great. The cocktails were great too (Cosmo, Baja Blasted, Cap'nJack, and OG-IN & Juice mosa). We've been looking for a new spot in Manitowoc and I think we've found it! Great service, great food and great vibes! read more

Had to go here to try it out, and can't wait to come back! Walking in it's a very clean and open atmosphere, with music playing in the background. We had a variety of food from wings , tacos, and yaki-sprouts. All I can say is you would not expect this insane quality of food here. Our bartender was knowledgeable and knew how to describe anything on the menu. We can , not, wait, to come back! Food was 10/10, just like everything else here from cleanliness to prices!!! This is the second time we have been here at KC' Kitchen...and just wanted to just say... GREAT!! My wife and I went here today and loved it! My wife had the wings and buffalo sauce and enjoyed every bite. We also had fries and their chicken taco... Plus a beer. Wonderfully priced... The owner even brought us apples and cutie oranges to enjoy... We highly suggest supporting this great local restaurant! read more

Quiet atmosphere got there before lunch around 11:30 AM. Started getting busy afterwards. I had the poutine with cheese curds and three different tacos. They were all amazing. Highly recommend to other people. Only thing missing was a better variety of hot sauces. They only had Tabasco. read more

We drove off the SS Badger looking for somewhere to eat and decided to try this place. Great choice! If I had to describe it in one word: cozy. Burgers are good --gluten free bun was toasted and crispy. The bartender (who waited on our booth) was so attentive and kind -- she gave us recommendations for what to do in Door County. KC's was our first stop on our first visit to Manitowoc, and what an awesome first impression! The building is an old-school corner bar with a great vibe, but limited seating, so I think we were lucky to get there at 3:00 on the day after Christmas because I can only imagine that this place is usually pretty busy. Slid into a comfy booth and were promptly greeted by the bartender-server, who was informative, funny, and on point with timing and refills throughout our visit. I was jealous of my husband and daughter because they could have the excellent cheese curds and she had a tasty holiday cocktail, but then my Shroom and Swiss burger arrived and I was a very happy woman. Gluten-free bun was soft, butter-grilled, and held up amazingly well while loaded with a perfectly cooked patty, generous toppings, aioli, and a drizzle of delicious gravy. My man had a double cheeseburger with perfectly cooked bacon and the kid's cheesesteak was flavorful and over-flowing. Sandwiches come nestled in a basket of crispy and lightly-salted krinkle cut fries--I ate all of mine and some of theirs (bc no curds for me). The server described a delicious dessert, but we were stuffed. Prices were very reasonable, especially for such great food. Good music and fun stuff on TV made the meal even better. We'll definitely be back to try the teriyaki Brussels sprouts, which are gluten-free, and to work our way down the menu and list of drink specials. I heard a lot of great things about this relatively new restaurant. First of all the staff was professional friendly attentive and accommodating. The menu includes more than just the ordinary fare found in the area which is a nice change of pace. I ordered the Shroom and Swiss burger and it was very good. The restaurant is clean and bright and has large TVs with entertaining videos. It's worth a try for yourself. read more

We went here for lunch and we were very pleased. We sat in a booth and the waiter/Bartender came over and took our order. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. I had a spicey chicken sandwich and it was very good. Fresh greens and just the right amount of spice. We shared an order of onion rings. Hand dipped and made to order. They were dipped in a beer batter and fried to perfection! My wife ordered a poutine burger and she said it was very tasty. The bar looked very clean and fixed up since the last owners. Let's seriously talk about those curds! Cheese curds have always been something I could take or leave, often with too much breading, too greasy or just rubbery inside. These have a light, crisp batter and the cheese is melt in your mouth amazing. Service was prompt, cocktails were perfect, and oh yeah...those curds! read more

I meeean, the building? Think typical Wisco tavern. Coupla gambing video games. That outta the way, I was served probably the absolute BEST walleye I've ever had in my life!! The tartar sauce was also on point. Had a bowl of the sweet corn chowder, also a winner. Creamy, a little bit of cheese (c'mon, It's Wisconsin, of course cheese). GOOD $4 old fashioneds? Who even does that anymore? You have the option to "buy a round for the cooks". $7. Please consider doing that, well deserved! Our server (also the bartender) had a spectacular attitude and checked on us regularly, seated in the outdoor area. Top notch eats, don't pass this by when in Manitowoc!!! read more
