I ordered DoorDash so that when my husband got home from work on his (45 minute lunch break) he would have food ready to dive into.. well only one bite in he has two metal pieces that he bites into and it cuts his lip! I called the establishment and they laughed it off as if having metal in their food is normal. I will be filing a civil suit today and ensure this business is served. This is our go-to place for take out Asian food! Their fried wontons are great!! As is their fried rice (we get their house special with all the meats!). My fave is the Japanese Teriyaki chicken with steamed rice! The chicken is tender and perfectly sauced! I haven't had anything I haven't loved! They are fast and they have a very convenient drive thru! They focus on take out but there are a few tables inside if you prefer to eat there. They are generous with portion size and sauces. On top of it all their prices are very affordable! We visit here at least once a month and sometimes more! read more

The whole order was wrong and when I called she argued with me about food items missing. When I told her to look at the order 3 times...she said oh guess I didn't see it. No sorry... Nothing. She told me I can come back and get it and I asked her to credit my card that used. She said no I can't do that. I know for a fact you can. If I could not give them a rating I would. we had a big problem with our order. 3 out of the 4 things were soaked in grease and soggy. cold and disgusting. we called and was told " I am cooking I don't have time to deal with this". " you don't like it oh well" then he hung up on me. I called back, he did the same thing. rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. we will never order from here again. the food was over 40.00 and is in the trash. horrible! that man should be fired! read more

The General Tsao's Chicken was nice and crispy and it tasted different than sesame chicken (that's a must!). I asked for extra broccoli, and they gave me plenty. It's an all new place in a very new strip mall. So, you know it's clean. However, the kitchen is bigger than the dining room. The dining seats only about 12 people or so total. If you're in from out of town there are other choices immediately nearby. The strip mall houses a coffee shop with hot food, a Mexican restaurant, and this Asian cuisine. 200 feet away is a full service bar and grill, too. I'm a fan for now. I'm looking forward to trying it again. Give it a shot! I stopped by on Sunday evening at 8:00. They have a drive thru, but I'm not sure whether they deliver or not. read more

This place is super consistent and good! It's close by so it's our go to when we want take out quickly. It's not the best place in town but it's for sure a good time. I love their coconut chicken when I need something sweet and their hibachi meal when I need something fresh. read more

My go-to in Topeka. They're always super fast and use fresh ingredients. I LOVE the shrimp and broccoli and get it often!! It's really nice to get broccoli that still has a crunch. The egg rolls are sooooo good and so are the crab ragoons. I will say that I'm not really a fan of the friend rice so I do get entrees instead of combos. Giving this four stars, although in reality, closer to 3.5. Some traditional Chinese, some Japanese style and hibachi, pad thai. Plenty of vegetarian options. Pepsi products in bottles. Lunch and dinner combos. Very limited seating. Plan to carry out. We ordered: Small egg drop soup: $1.59 (nice portion for this price) 6 crab rangoon: $4.29 6 fried wonton: $4.29 Chicken Fried Rice: $7.59 General Tso's Chicken: $8.59 (Chef's Special) Mongolian Beef: $8.99 (Chef's Special) Everything got eaten, so obviously no real clunkers. Egg drop soup was pretty standard, although it needed a little salt (and I rarely add salt to anything). General Tso's Chicken was decent. Nice level of sweet and spicy, a little crisp to the coating. Broccoli not overcooked. Mongolian Beef was a little disappointing. Tons of onions, more than anyone would want, and more of the white onion than the traditional scallions. (Nothing will ever live up to Silver Lake's Mongolian Beef.) Beef was a little on the mushy side, nothing with any texture and no sear on the meat at all. Probably would look for something else next time. Chicken fried rice decent but nothing special. Crab rangoons were really sweet, according to the people here who eat them, but really crisp. I ordered wontons, which I think must double as their dumplings but were tossed in the deep fry. Good flavor to the filling, but the dumpling dough doesn't crisp up the way a wonton or eggroll wrapper should. I would stick with regular dumplings instead. Under $40 for three entrees, two apps and soup. Steamed rice comes with the entrees. They have dinner plates for $7.99 with rice and eggroll, and lunch specials for $5.99. No menu online yet, but prices were pretty standard. If you call in, they have a drive up window and you won't even have to get out of the car. Located behind Reed's at 29th and Croco, so it's at least nice to have another choice on the southeast side of town. Don't plan to eat in--just three tables.
