Back in 2021 when I was getting married, I was told we would have to open up my dress and change the back to a corset for my dress to fit. I was estimated around $800 for alterations. I went to Linhs, and they were absolutely amazing. They let me know we did not need to and all we had to do was add a hook, and it would work just fine. I ended up paying around $100 instead of $800. I prepaid $20 to have a pair of jeans hemmed with the original cuff. When I picked them up one leg was hemmed a full inch shorter than the other. The leg she pinned was perfectly done. The other leg was the short one and very noticeable. When I went back to have it fixed I literally had to convince the seamstress who did the work and another unidentified man that I wasn't lying. They held them up and laid them on the counter creatively and acted like there wasn't a problem. I happened to have the boots I bought them to wear with in the car so I put them on and the difference was very obvious. Then they tried to blame the manufacturer saying they must have made them that way. The jeans are from Banana Republic and I have several other pair of pants from there with no issues like this. Then she said she couldn't fix it because she cut the extra fabric off, but helpfully suggested that I should lose weight and wear them lower on my hips. They finally did what they could to fix her mistake but I can't wear them with the boots I purchased them to wear with. They refused to replace the jeans and do the hem correctly and even refused to refund the $20 I paid for the hem. 10/10 do not recommend read more

I drive by this store at least twice a day and every time I see their sign, I say to myself, I should really drop some of my jeans off to get hemmed instead of letting them sit in the closet. And, finally, last week I did just that. I came on a Wednesday afternoon, and there were two nice ladies working. I was the only customer and I had five pairs of jeans that I neede hemmed. They asked me if I could try them on but I honestly didn't have the time so I said no, and that I know how many inches I wanted the jeans to be hemmed to. Two of the jeans I asked for the original hem and the other three were regular. One of the ladies asked when I would like to pick up the jeans, and since I wasn't really in a hurry to get them back, I said anytime. She said it'll be ready by Saturday. I went in on Saturday to pick up the jeans and an older gentleman assisted me. He asked to look over the jeans and one of the ladies working asked if I could try them on to make sure the lengths were ok. Once again I said no I didn't have time. I tried them on when I got home and the lengths were perfect! I was very pleased with the results, and I will definitely be returning in the near future as I have many more jeans and pants that need to be hemmed. read more

He has actually setup his own office inside the alteration shop to handle all your iPhone needs. Now, I'm fairly well-rounded when it comes to my iPhone knowledge. I can diagnose and treat almost any software issue known, however, hardware issues I'm lost. This is where my buddy Danny comes into play.... He replaced my screen on my old iPhone and got her working in tip top shape. His pricing is excellent (I searched) and his turnaround time is only about a day! I needed alterations. I took 6 pair of dress slacks in. When I weekly back to pick them up I decided to try them on. Some still were too big which they fixed. My issue is they only took in the waist and never did the legs so then my slacks still looked way too big like balloon legs. Very nice ladies working there. Over priced for what they did. Found this place via the high rating on yelp. Great service and a decent price. the back of my skirt ripped and figured this would be the place to go! I was quoted one price and waited 10-15 mins and she was done, but then I went to pay and they charged me an additional dollar for the lining. I don't really understand why I had to pay extra, even a dollar, for something that she had seen originally and gave me another price. The service was quick, but I had to go back because the lining was sewn too tight and didn't lay flat on my leg, it bunched. At first they didn't believe me, but I tried it on and showed them. The owner, Linh, is an adorable young lady in her late 20s who does not mind the wrong spelling of her name on the Yelp listing. She also doesn't mind going out of her way to please the guests. And according to the other Yelp reviews on here, she was not just exceptionally nice because I am also Vietnamese. Since moving to Vegas, I have taken all my clothes to Orange County (on visits to the parents) to be altered considering the significantly lower prices there. However, once in while, you feel the desire to wear your new clothes immediately, and thus it's wonderful to have a place like Linh's so close to my home. I brought two pairs of pants to Linh's to be hemmed at 3 pm on a Tuesday afternoon. After some very mild convincing, Linh agreed to get them back to me by 3 pm the next afternoon on Wednesday, for a total of only $12 (which is higher than California prices but very reasonable for Las Vegas prices). This would have surely gotten 5+ stars, except when I got there at 3:30 on Wednesday, they were not done yet and Linh asked me to return in half an hour. She was extremely apologetic about it, which somewhat made up for the inconvenience. I definitely will return when I need something else altered next time. This place its absolutely wonderful because their work is precise. I have come here a couple of times and they always make my alterations look like they were made to my height. I'm a short filippina so I have to hem practically everything so I go here. The price is about $7 to $15 depends on what you need of course I got a few dresses hemmed at $10 bucks a pop which is a bit much in my opinion. I'm used to $5 or $7 but that was in California I do have only one issue: time--- they have told me a day to pick up and when I came in they needed an extra hour. So, now I call in advance and see if they need more time, just to afford having to come back and use up the gas (gotta save a little money for that gas tank right?) Overall, great place, good location, need to work on pick-up time but still better then alot of places I've been to. read more

It's a little shop right by the Autozone on Maryland and Silverado Ranch; not in the Smith's or Albertson's complex (I learned the hard way haha!). I brought a cocktail dress in on Friday to be hemmed. They said it would be done by Tuesday afternoon, but when I got there, it still wasn't ready. No complaints here though! I came in the next day and it was perfect. I think a regular hemming is $12, but since there was a lining on the dress, it was $15. I'm pretty happy with their work! Unfortunately, the tailors didn't get to hemming my sleeves. I dropped it off two days ahead of time, paid up front, and when I returned to pick up my blazer I was met with blank stares. The three ladies who were there when I dropped the blazer off were there again, as well as an additional man. None of them offered an apology when they realized they hadn't completed (or even started) the job. The man asked me if I could come back in an hour. I said no for two reasons. First, I literally didn't have the time. Second, I didn't want a one hour rush job. On my way out they offered to come back in and get the job done for half price, but that did nothing for me as I needed the blazer that night. I asked for, and received a refund, but again that did nothing for me as the blazer wasn't wearable for me without the sleeves shortened. I hate writing reviews like this, sorry. read more

The best and kindest service around! I wanted to have a baby blanket made out of my dad's old T-shirts and didnt know where to start. I stopped by Linh's alterations and Tango (the owner) helped me tremendously. Even though they were busy, he took the time to listen to me and told me where to get the best fabrics, how much I needed, and also had ideas on how to incorporate my Dad's shirts. Mary and all the ladies always remember me by name whenever I come in, and they are always so friendly and helpful! I am always greeted with a smile. I am an FA for Southwest Airlines and I have taken all of my uniform pieces to them. They take their time to make sure the fit is right, and really communicate to see if you want it adjusted. I dropped off my wedding dress for a little over a month and were told to pick up on 4/30/21. Unfortunately, when I went to picked it up the first time, it wasn't ready. Her excuse for not getting my dress on time was someone had called her about needing their wedding dress done immediately and she thought it was mine, but it wasn't me that call her. After picking up my dress a few days later, I didn't realize my dress dirty where the inside had black marks and also to my surprise she charged me an extra $30 for the bustle and bra insert which I told her I needed originally when I brought to her and paid $100 on agreement. I paid it just to get out of there. I felt she was irresponsible and service was not great since I had to clean the dirty mark on my dress. I will not go back and can't give my recommendation. I never like to give bad reviews, but this was the highest level of disrespect they gave me. I came here for them to sew two areas on my daughter's competition costume. That was the only part we talked about. Alterations where $10 but I thought that was low and gave her $30.00 and told her she can keep the rest. When I went to pick up the costume they had removed high quality stones that are on her costume. I went back to see why the removed them and if I can have them back (mind you this was a $300 costume). She said she threw them away because she didn't know that I wanted them (we never talked about removing anything off the costume). She then comes back with confetti like pieces saying that we can add these and I looked at her and said tee can't change the look to the costume since there are 10 girls having to wear the same one. This lady starts yelling at me in front of the owner and saying I can get these high quality stones at Michaels. I never once raised my voice at her. The owner then jumps in and says to his seamstress to calm down and I am left with no fix to my daughters costume. I have never been disrespected to this extent even when I stayed calm and tried to fix the situation. If you want things fixed here be prepared if they do something incorrectly they will yell at you and throw in your face that they did it for you for only $10.00. I have came here and told people to go there and now I hope they do not treat them how they treated me. This is not a way to run a business by yelling at someone who only tried to find a fix. read more
