My last couple of visits were excellent. In fact, I asked the gentleman behind the counter if the store was "under new management, or whether it had been sold to a new owner." His response: "Same ownership, new employees." Why? It was clear that - with one exception - there were ALL NEW employees working. When I arrived, just before Christmas, the line was nearly to the door. I initially settled in and expected to be there at least thirty (30) minutes. Boy, was I wrong! The line moved so swiftly, I was up to the counter and done in no time. My second trip back today - to return Amazon delivery - was equally as fast. These folks are now operating with great efficiency and excellent customer service... a complete turnaround. Since I ripped them so hard before, I thought it only right to give credit when it's due.
