    Bangin' shrimp
    Nina L.

My husband and I were trying to go to a bar down the road that ended up being closed for an event, so we drove up the road and stumbled across this place. We knew it was recently opened and were hoping to grab drinks and an appetizer; Linking Heights fit the bill. This place has a classic pizza place vibe, with a bar area and plenty of TVs for watching sports, along with outdoor seating. They have a variety of beers, NAs, and cocktails. You can find pub/sports bar appetizers, salads, sandwiches/burgers, bowls, pizzas, and desserts. We also saw they serve weekend brunch and have a ton of different specials throughout the week. We ordered the bangin' shrimp with some beers. The shrimp were fresh made and very tasty. The service was great and we thought we got a good value for the pieces we paid. Hoping to come back to try pizza and some other dishes soon!

This place is a best kept secret. Food is awesome. We have never had a bad meal. They have awesome specials and service is killer. It is a local watering hole. No need to dress up. Love this place!

We go here every Tuesday for trivia and always have the best time! Sabrina is our favorite bartender - she is always so kind, attentive, and helpful. Dan does a great job hosting trivia. Highly recommended the mediterranean brussel sprouts and Outlaw pitchers. Options to sit indoors or outdoors. TVs playing sports games in both! Taking off a star only because the bathroom is a remodeled gas station bathroom and I usually avoid it if I can.

An amazing little foodie find. Almost everything is homemade and perfectly cooked. Their burgers and hand cut fries are on point and tasty. Tried the Ahi Tuna bowl and was blown away. You gotta try this place. Lots of wings and TVs for sports but it's not overdone. And you'd never guess this small neighborhood joint has such a huge tap selection. Gotta say I'm going to swing thru here whenever I can and eat my way thru the menu...Foodie Ninja Clan approved!

Place has been updated we came in on a Wednesday night and the owners were in. The service was great! Hidden gem the station 10 burger was so juicy and flavorful whatever sauce they put on it so good. Cauliflower bites were delicious and the right amount of crunch. My husband got chicken Parmesan. Came again on Sunday to do a to go order. Will be returning

We arrived at 5:30 and it was packed, but a table opened for us within two minutes. The ambiance was awesome, with each table having its own miniTV! Guests didn't have to choose between watching Wimbledon or the World Cup (or anything else they chose). Such a clever idea and probably great for entertaining kids, too. The server was prompt and friendly, and we got our drinks and app ordered immediately. We split the corn dog as an appetizer (felt right for 4th of July), and my husband declared it was one of the best he ever had. A great ratio of the sweet fried dough and salty hot dog. Definitely a reasonable portion to split as an appetizer and still have room for an entree. We got the tomato and corn salad as a side, which was a nice palate cleanser. I got the bacon cheeseburger (sub a pretzel bun, which you can absolutely do) and my husband got the Van Helsing. Both were excellent. He got regular fries and I got sweet potato fries and a side salad, also fantastic. My meal was exactly what I wanted - a classically delicious cheeseburger (I removed the bacon and put it on my side salad, which I highly recommend). My husband's had perfectly cooked garlic cloves and a nice zest with the jalapeños. They also had a great tap list to go wash everything down! We left stuffed but not feeling like we were going to die. It was a wonderful experience for start to finish and we'll be back!

The chili cheese dog was very good and whenever I ordered a burger in the past, it was excellent. Can't wait to come back. The atmosphere is fun and really laid back. It appeared on at least four or five of their many televisions. There were also several other football games on. It is definitely a divey sports bar. We did not get food. We got a high top and there was a server that came around and took our drink order. The stools are metal and do not have backs. It was great for what we wanted. The drinks are very affordable. Korean fried chicken was really regular smokey BBQ sauce on fried chicken with slaw. It was super spicy (too spicy) but not Asian tasting. And way too much sauce. Would recommend with sauce on side or just order something else. The Cuban sandwich was highly recommended by the server and it was an average cuban. The First Ave Burger was just ok. Not much going on between 2 buns. The bread was mush. I'd recommend that they toast the bun to give it some texture.

I was especially glad that the "largest sports bar restaurant" allowed my 14yo teen in as well, seems like later in evening may be adults only. It appeared to be very busy with good vibes & fans of many teams, only bummer was the rain that affected our ability to get fun photos outside with the sign. The QR ordering at the tables didn't appear to work & that was my main issue - a bartender was nice enough to do for us. I learned you can either do that or have waitress on other side. I loved the TVs everywhere & outdoor atmosphere without being in sun or rain. I had their light beers which were very good! I also had the crab sliders - I wasn't a huge fan but they weren't bad (I'm not a big fan of breaded seafood & maybe my fault for not realizing). Prices are fair & id love to be back if ever back in the area.

They have a QR code at the table where you can place your order and it will come to you! No more standing in line! You won't miss a second of the game at this place. There were people everywhere. What a great place for young people to meet. I had a slice of pizza and a cocktail while watching the overtime on a hockey game. So fun. And you just pay your tab online. I genuinely like this place, but my latest visit was a gentle reminder that even the greats have their off nights. We grabbed a spot on the outdoor patio, which is great because there are tons of TVs playing sports to keep you entertained. And you're going to need that entertainment, because the vibe this particular evening was heavily operating on "island time." I started to wonder if our server had to physically row to an island to get our order. It was a very long wait just to be acknowledged, and an even longer wait for drinks. Funniest part? My beer arrived well before my water. I was incredibly parched, and while I appreciate a cold brew, I didn't exactly want to shotgun my beer just to survive the drought. The tap water finally made its grand, triumphant entrance a solid 20 minutes after we sat down. When it came time to order, we met the Upcharge Enthusiast. Here's the deal: burgers come with rice and beans by default. If you want Bob's fries, that's a $2 upcharge. I tried to shoot for the stars and upgrade to onion rings. The response? A firm, almost offended no. "Those are an appetizer," I was informed. Honestly, our server seemed to derive a bizarre, villainous amount of joy from telling me things were an upcharge. Hey, whatever brings you happiness, just take my two dollars and make the fries happen. After the drinks took a serious scenic route, the food came blazingly fast out of the kitchen, but when it finally arrived...wow. The burgers here are absolute behemoths. You literally have to unhinge your jaw like an anaconda to take a bite. I have to admit, they are undeniably amazing. One bite almost makes you forget you spent the first half of the evening contemplating drinking water out of a patio planter. Pro-tip: Bring paper money! They give you a nice little discount if you pay in cash. Overall, I still really like this joint. Every restaurant is allowed to have a rough service night every now and then, and this just happened to be one of them. I'll definitely be back although I just might pre-hydrate in the parking lot next time.
