Our server, DeBorah, was proactive, knowledgeable, and available. We ordered the Steak egg and cheese croissant, fish and grits, and a side of pancakes. First things first, our server Kat hands down was the best thing about me and my husbands visit today. This was my second visit and his first. I haven't been in a while but it was fantastic and I was excited to come back. Well, we tried to come about a month ago and they were closing early because they were short staffed. Came today, still short staffed. This made the food come out slow and one by one. My potatoes came when I was almost done with the rest of my food. The syrup came after my pancakes were cold. Honestly, this isn't even really my complaint. My real complaint is that the ownership is allowing the place to go down hill. everyone sitting near us said they would never come back. Brand new breakfast and brunch restaurant, noticed it while passing by to go to Barnes and nobles and decided to stop in. Very nice establishment with a total vibe. The music is very good. I was able to set up at a nice size booth eat, drink and do paperwork. Everyone here is very nice and helpful. We met the manager who came and check on each a patron while we were dining in. Ordered a few drinks and they were really and made strong. The food is really good. Try the fried green tomatoes and deviled eggs. Amazing! Came for brunch and was impressed from the time I opened the door. The decor is just as inviting as the smiling face that greets you when you enter. We were quickly seated and had a very friendly sever, De'bora. They offer a $30 mimosa special which was perfect for our party of 3. When I asked for an alternative drink, she offered to give me a sample of the sweet tea to ensure I liked it before ordering. It was delicious! She even bought me a refill without me having to ask. The food came out timely and was amazing! Everything was delicious. Initially, I was not impressed with the salmon croquettes since it had a soft center, but my mind was quickly changed after the first bite. The honey drizzled croissants absolutely melted in your mouth. The fried green tomatoes were seasoned and fried to perfection. The wings were so good, we asked for 2 additional orders. The restaurant has a nice appearance and the hostess was quite welcoming with a bright smile and friendly demeanor. The music was nicely mixed and not too loud. Despite this the atmosphere is dry and the servers and service lacks friendliness and almost no one smiles. The service is slow and meals for our table came out giving us the choice of eating hot food or eating together. For appetizers we had a honey butter croissant, fried green tomatoes, and salmon croquettes; and they were good. The tomatoes were prepared with a thin golden brown crust, and tomatoes were soft, but not soggy. The croquettes were crispy outside but a little salty inside. The croissant was nicely toasted and brushed or drizzled with butter & honey. However, our entrees were a different story. After waiting at least 40 minutes from the time we received our appetizers, we finally received our entrees. We ordered two order of steak, eggs, and grits, both plates were salty, and that's an under statement. The over medium eggs were over cooked, and EVERYTHING was salty, steak, eggs, and grits. Our daughter ordered a strawberry waffle tower, which she enjoyed, but said it was too sweet. The male servers do not know how to serve dishes and are not inclined to walk around the table to ensure that the dishes are served to the appropriate person, passing dishes to patrons to distribute around table. Starting with the greeter Damian; he was outstanding, checking up on us throughout our time here. The owners introduced themselves and greeted us. The food was DELICIOUS! The watermelon sugar drink was incredible! My friend can't stop talking about the strawberry waffle. Day 2, they just opened yesterday and it is super busy! Customer Service was not at all what I expected. I visited twice before leaving a review just in case the negative experience was an isolated event. The food was just alright.... but there are posted signs that explain you cannot send food back if you don't like it. I would think they would at least let you exchange it for something else but while I was there I heard servers say "NO" to customers at least 8 times. This place is fucking terrible. We went to celebrate my cousin's wedding and had a miserable time. First We got there at 1:30 after the breakfast crowd and noticed the parking lot wasn't full and stopped in because of it's convenient location. They seated the people who came in after us before us. We waited 30 mins for a table. It took another 30 minutes to get a server to the table to greet us and 30 more mins to get drinks. The food came out in pieces and everybody was missing something. My 1 year old nephew got his food last out of 6 adults at the table. We ordered a second round of drinks and watched the bartender completely ignore our drink order for 20 mins even after the server told her she put it in and we had been waiting. I'd rate this place just below Waffle House. Any Waffle House. If you've ever had a breakfast buffet at a hotel, you've eaten here. Scrambled eggs from a bag, pre-prepared fried eggs, potatoes, and sausage. The place has cheap decor: gray walls, black painted (peeling) tables, faux crystal lights (don't work). The server was fine. Our 2 $12 breakfasts came up to $40 with coffee. The tip calculator offered 18%, 22%, 30%, or manual calculation. read more

Had breakfast there last week Saturday. The wait for the food is long at least 45 minutes to an hour. They probable should have a prep to have the food prepared Simi cooked. The French toast was not the best and had a finger of white powder on it. They do not bring the syrup out with the toast. All of the food did not come out at once. The cost for breakfast without a drink of $54 or $57 is too much for cheese eggs, sauage, French toast grits x 2. The owner was bringing out the food with gloves on, however, he stopped in front of everyone and pulled out his phone and talked on it and put it back in his pocket and then grabbed food and put it on the table...... What is the purpose of gloves? The floor needs to be swept often and the front door cleaned and the rug vacuumed and the tables need to be repainted and the food underneath from the previous customers swept up. Ordered from door dash and food arrived in a timely manner and was still hot. I don't have any pictures because everything looked and smelled so good we dove straight in. We had a sausage and egg crossiant. We did chicken sausage and egg scrambled hard without cheese. That was the best crossiant sandwich I think I've ever had. We also had a crossiant on the side, great. The waffle tower is HUGE! same ingredients added cheese. The chicken links are fit the whole waffle and crossiant. Both meals where split into e meals because the portions are big. Breakfast potatoes were good too, no ketchup needed. We will definitely order again and make our way inside. I had a very disappointing experience at Linq. The service was incredibly slow. It took over 45 minutes to even get our food , and the food arrived after the late comers came and order and gotten their food and ate their food. The service itself was mediocre at best, and the gratuity didn't warrant the service. The kitchen manager was very accommodating and tried to rectify the situation as best she could. The front end manager however, had a nasty attitude and talked about us prior to visiting the table. She stated she didn't have to remove gratitude or discount the bill. Disappointing the layout is ok. My server was also nice. Her name was Emily but there wasn't a wait and I was seated quickly. My family had brunch at Linq and it was outstanding. The ambiance was perfect for a nice Sunday morning setting. The vibe was nice and low key. The atmosphere was very clean and relaxing. I went to this establishment on a Sunday morning with my family to celebrate my daughter's birthday. First of all, the music was excellent. The food was pretty good! The service was extremely well mannered but slow. They are fairly new so I understand that they are working out the problems associated with starting a restaurant business. I had an alcoholic beverage and it was strong (bonus points). They automatically add in your 18% gratuity into your total. No problem. I'm terrible at math anyway. We were givin a limited menu because it was stated that we had more than 6 people in our party with 2 of them being and infant and a toddler that is only a 1yr old. The menu stated that a party over 6 there is a 8% gratuity added automatically but when the receipt came it states the 8% isn't gratuity it's a service fee which is weird because that's contradicting what the "limited menu" says so i wonder what the "service fee" is???
