Not a good experience at all. My jeep needed the front fender replaced and the door painted after…read morean accident. The day I picked it up, the new fenders light bulb was broken off inside the lens not working, the fender wasn't in line with the door and hood, the door had fish eyes in the clear and a buffer burn. I made another appointment to get these fixed which they did, no charge. Again, I had to pay for another rental car for three days though. While it was there I decided to have them replace the seat bottom foam and cover I had bought at the jeep dealership. I picked the jeep up discovering that upon reinstalling the seat, they poked a hole in the new oem jeep 600.00 seat cover and scratched both the door panel and sil plate with the metal seat track. Also, the air bag light was illuminated on the dash. They agreed to purchase a new door panel and sil plate, but the cover is no longer available. I suggested they repair the old one for me to have as a spare and leave the new one on with a hole for fear of more damage. That would not be anywhere close to the cost of buying a new one. It took several phone calls, stop ins and emails to get those parts from them. After many many months of the seat cover being at the shop, with the owner saying it would get repaired after I stopped to see, I gave up and picked up the unrepaired seat bottom cover, now covered in dust and dirt. Chapter closed at least. I don't just leave negative reviews, it's not my thing but I have never had to call, email and stop in a place of business so many times to get something fixed, yet not completely. This was an extremely unprofessional transaction. Each time there were easily seen things wrong. I understand things happen, but this was all in lack of quality control, honesty and follow through.

Karl was extremely pleasant, quickly gave me the estimate, and talked to me like I was an important client. The insurance tried to tell him that they had found the part I needed, the back lift door, and he advised them the one they had picked was not insurance worthy, basically, it was a piece of garbage. He already had found the part and the insurance agreed to use the one Karl had located. Karl had the car done one day early, and the work looks amazing. You can't tell there was any damage. He (they) did a fabulous job, I would highly recommend Brothers!!

Most recently he thought he could repair the fender on my CRV but once he got in there he realized that a fender replacement was the better solution. While I wasn't crazy about the extra $ since I was paying out of pocket, I appreciated his explanation of why this was a better solution considering my car is only 3 years old. I hope I don't need collision repairs in the future, but if I do I won't hesitate taking my car back to Brothers Auto Collision.

They cited that their shop has been sued multiple times in the past Which makes me wonder what they have done to be sued so many times that they had to create a policy. The gentleman behind the desk and one of the mechanics suggested that I lie in the future about having done any work on my car so they are actually promoting lying and dishonest acts Which further makes me worry about and wonder about their integrity and adds Creedence to the fact that they have been sued multiple times. I would highly recommend trying somewhere else and not doing any business with this place. My father and brother were mechanics and I grew up around a garage and it is worrisome and unethical to turn down work out of fear of being sued again. There are plenty of other garages in the area. I recommend seeking out one of them.

I was quoted $650 and was told it was because of the location of the dents and they had to remove the door and keep the truck overnight. I thought for $650 that didn't bother me that bad when they started to bother me again. (I'm like a favorite customer now; over the last 5 years, I've brought in my 2008 RAV4 for several bodywork repairs, and Jack even personally repaired (welded) some lawn equipment for me earlier this year.) Thorough I went to Collision Pros in May for a quick estimate after some kids threw a rock denting my hood (and scratching the windshield glass, which I hadn't noticed at first). Their estimate came in just a little lower than the official insurance estimate I got later. Also, they noticed that my front glass was scratched and while not a danger, they recommended replacing it as well, since it could develop cracks after a freeze-thaw cycle. They also said they'd take care of some unrelated rust spots that had developed with age. Speedy Dave had it repaired, repainted, and back to me within a week, matching my paint and installing a higher quality aftermarket windscreen than what I had previously installed after the original glass had developed cracks. High-quality When I got my car back, the paint looked great, the dent and rust were gone, and they had even vacuumed and washed my car inside and out!! So kind!! I'll keep coming back!

Great guy and nice place, but the door they put on after my accident is obviously not the same…read morequality as what is on the other side. It sounds hollow and tinny when you close it. My guess it this was an insurance paid job and they were able to make a few bucks extra with a knockoff door. It's not a huge deal and I'm confident they would replace it if I wanted, but it's a lease so I'll be turning it in soon so I'd rather not be without my car for a few days again.
