As a 19-year-old shit kid who beat the crap out of my car, they did the best they could to keep it running at a fair price... Bob had been taking care of my family for well over a decade and truly understood what it took to run a fair business. Even after I moved away he would provide advice over the phone. You cant ask for a more honest straightforward person. I truly miss the fact that I cant trust him to care for my cars as I have moved out of state. Progressive told me to tow it to Marhoffer Collision. They replaced arm, tie rod, gimpy cracked part of the inner wheel. Replaced the entire wheel, tire, damaged lines. And Progressive paid for a loaner . 4 days later my car was done well, and right. Now Mike gave me honest advice. He said my car was rotting out and i should get my car to not pass the emissions testing, so i would only have to pay $.300.00 to fix my problem. He was fast and efficient and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I moved to Ohio from California about a year ago and my car had trouble making it through its first winter. First, their facility is spotless and well organized. Mark Dillon and his staff were very professional and friendly. I got my car's AC fixed within an hour and they told me everything they were doing and going to do. I was so impressed, I asked if I could bring My Pick-up over and see what they could do. It had a similar situation with The AC system. They said to bring it right over. So i took my car home and brought my truck up. Within 30 minutes the found a bad relay, and recharged the system. The only slight delay was waiting for the part to come from the parts store. So within 3 hours I had both vehicles AC systems checked and repaired; and didn't "lose my shirt" in the process.
