My wife and I just bought a new house and needed to renovate the garage in order to build a a home gym. We already had all the equipment and rubber flooring from our previous home and Just needed a good contractor to finish the garage which included getting rid of all the existing cabinets, shelving, and wires and cables running along the ceiling, as well as, installing recessed lighting, 220v outlet for EV charging station, additional outlets, installing rubber floor mats, gym mirrors and painting the walls and ceiling with a very short time line. Udi and his team were recommended to me to help with a bathroom remodel in my home after some water damage. Udi was quick to respond to my request for a visit and estimate, and had no issues with providing the extra layer of documentation I needed for my insurance company, which was covering the repairs. We got a reasonable estimate within 24 hours and started work right away. The team that worked in my home were a group of very sweet men, who were courteous and clean, and always protected my floors and had a warm greeting for me and my pups. Eleven though I was working at home, most of the time I barely knew they were there as they were careful to be quiet while I was working. The work was completed very quickly but very well, and on budget. Even though we chose to upgrade our shower and use irregular handmade tiles, the end product is perfect, and I have a lovely new ledge for all my products. There were no corners cut on anything, especially waterproofing, and Udi kept in touch with updates and arrival times every day. The end result is a gorgeous bathroom we are so happy with. I am a construction manager, and as such have lots of contacts for contractors and can identify the good among the bad- these guys are the former! Lion group construction highly recommend by our realtor so we decided to give them a shot. As a new home owner we knew want to do something with our back yard, but wasn't really sure what to do... Udi came to meet us, looked at the back yard and immediately Had some great hardscape ideas ! He showed us some pictures of pavers and concrete outdoor spaces he did and he decided on a game plan. Udi went with us to his Paver supplier to pick the stones, we picked what we wanted and a 3 days later we had a small tractor clearing out the back yard... Udi and his crew designed and installed a beautiful pavers and walkway patio with a wood gazebo in the middle. In the middle of the project we thought about incorporating a BBQ into the space. Udi did not blink and the next sat his guys started building the outdoor BBQ. They run a gas line and build ledger stones around the gas BBQ and finished the top with quartz that we picked. Overall the project went very smooth, Udi was there working with his guys almost every day, keeping us posted about progress and listening to our thoughts through the process, being very flexible with small changes and additions on the project. We love our pavers seating area and outdoor bbq, it's the perfect set up for us and we couldn't be happier. We had a small toilet leak which over time created a lot of damage to our upstairs bathroom. As a result we had to completely redo our bathroom and 1st floor ceiling. We got a number of quotes from contractors. We went with Udi because his quote was fair, his guys were able to work immediately and the reviews very good. I would strongly recommend the Lion Group. Our project specifically was to make significant repairs to our complicated 2-story deck. Some of the main beams had dry rot. I requested quotes from several contractors. Some of them quoted out of control prices. Some others said that they would not even be able to touch it until we have a consult with structural engineers. Udi was very efficient and fast with his assessment of the project. Explained in a very plain language what exactly he was planning to do and how. Quoted the lowest price. His crew was very productive, and they finished the project exactly within the time frame planned. Once the proposed project was complete, on the last day my wife asked if they could also fix another railing we saw. Udi said he would have to stop by another day and do it. We in fact completely forgot about it, but I received a call from him today, asking if we were home so he could stop by and fix the railing. So, overall very positive experience. We just completed our second project with Udi and his team. The first project was completed 2 years ago - a remodel of our kitchen; the second project was a remodel of my home study. Udi was recommended to us for our kitchen remodel by the folks where we bought our new quartz countertop and porcelain tile flooring. They recommended Udi for his quality work and reasonable pricing - he came through on these two characteristics and added a bonus - he kept to our schedule! The results have proven to be exceptional. Working with Udi and his team was easy, they were punctual and respectful, and demonstrated real craftsmanship. We needed this done before Thanksgiving and he delivered. What exceeded my expectation was his leadership over the project: he listened, he advised (he had great design input!), he adapted (to our own ideas) and made it all work out better than we expected while staying within our budget. It was not hard to ask Udi back when we wanted to do a small remodel to my study. New windows, fixing some old wall damage, and making the new windows fit into the existing walls (window sizing changed to accommodate code requirements) in a seamless manner.
