My husband got a scallion breakfast pancake and I got an eggs Benedict (on one of the most flavorful croissants I have ever had) I got a mocha he got a mango iced coffee. Life was good. Great place to sit. Gigantic coffee and tea menu all your espresso favorites, thai teas bubble teas, wonderful. I had a hard time not ordering the pork floss, but I am weak stomached and unworthy. I've been living in Connecticut for about eight years, and it often feels like you have to go pretty far to find a really nice place to enjoy yourself. This place opened last June I think and I finally tried it on May 4 and I'm really glad I did. Everything was great. The drinks, the food, the atmosphere, all of it. This cafe had mixed reviews while researching our next breakfast spot. We decided to try it out anyway and were so happy we did. While we were enjoying the entire cafe to ourselves, the selection of food and drinks were amazing; took us a few minutes to decide. Good thing they weren't busy. Cute cafe in the area. Food was average. Favorite item was the noodle bowl with pork. Bacon inside the korean pancake was definitely not something i'm use to, was ok. Went during brunch time and there were plenty of seats. Ordered on the kiosk and food came out quick. Would be a good place to do work at. read more

Adorable coffee, boba, breakfast, and lunch spot! Very small parking on the side of the building with maybe 5 spaces, but plenty of street parking along Bank. Banh mi was delicious, everything tasted fresh. We also got beef and rice dish which was very large, great spices and flavors. Milk boba tea was well-made and matcha was too! There is a small parking lot next to the cafe and plenty of street parking available. We showed up about 3 on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't very busy. Plenty of seating inside and outside. There were plenty of options for food, drinks, and desserts. We ordered 3 drinks and 3 desserts. The drinks took about 10 minutes. The macaroon was tinier than expected for the price. The croffle and bubble waffle took 30 minutes to make which was surprising since no one was waiting in front of us. There also were 3 people behind the counter. It almost felt like they waited until the next party that came after us ordered croffles before making ours. There is a self order kiosk that you can place your order on that has various options. Extra toppings are $1 additional and no ice is an extra $2. The staff didn't greet us or anything when we came in. They seemed nice but they weren't very engaging. We had also ordered for dine in but was provided to go boxes. The bubble waffle had options of ice cream, banana flavor, strawberry flavor, and Nutella. The ice cream didn't have options and we were asked ice cream option once the bubble waffle was almost ready. I wish some of the desserts on the kiosk provided descriptions or pictures. The macaroon also didn't provide flavor options but I wouldn't recommend ordering these since they're a bit over priced for the quality. Overall, I'd come in again to try the food but have a few recommendations to make the place a 5 star location. read more

Cute boba tea cafe with a small breakfast, crepe and sandwich menu. They have Asian snacks like pocky and chips too. A array of small cakes, trifles and macaroons. I had the regular milk tea with brown sugar tapioca balls. Flavoring seemed to sit at the bottom. I didn't like the texture of the balls, they were not the usual black boba tapioca balls I'm used to. It was moreso gelatin with a snap to it. Maybe I ordered wrong? I liked the ordering self serve menu to choose flavor, topping, sugar content and milk of choice. We were so excited to add another great coffee cafe to our list of favorite places when we travel. Our most recent trip to the area and we came here 3 times in one week! Parking is easy either out front or on the side is the building. The entrance is so inviting with all the flowers! The first visit I had a latte and the hubby a cortado which was made to order. Not everyone knows what a cortado is. The coffee is smooth with a mild fruitiness - not crazy fruity like some. Also had a little pineapple cake (in a package) that reminded us of our time in Japan. On our second visit I had a Thai Iced Tea and the hubby a cortado. The Thai Iced Tea was a bit on the sweet side even with 1/2 the sweetness. But very nice flavor. Our third visit we brought our grands. And of course had to get a crepe! It was delicious and huge! Bananas, strawberries and Nutella! We all enjoyed it so much! Big enough for the 4 of us! Oh and the hubby.... Got a cortado. lol The service was quick and friendly. The crepe took a bit longer, but me and the girls enjoyed doing an impromptu photo shoot in the front window area! My friend and I ordered drinks and food here. The drinks were fine and came out in a timely manner. The food, however, was slightly disappointing. My friend purchased a club sandwich, which she asked to have with no tomatoes. It came out about 40 minutes later with tomatoes and a fried egg she was not told would be added on. I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl, and again it took about 40 minutes to come out. The chicken was not that great because it was chicken thigh meat (so super fatty), not breast, and the skin was still on. I would also like to add that there were no other customers in the store at the time of our order, so it was very upsetting to wait so long. I wish I had asked for a refund because the experience was very disappointing. read more

This place recently opened and I'm so glad it did! From the beautiful flowers surrounding the entrance and more inside to the ambience, offerings and people, it was a wonderful experience Very friendly and helpful barista and the owners were there too. Lots of drink and treat options. I got a couple of unique Asian pastries and a tea latte. Everything was tasty and fun! There's alot of space to hang out or work as well. The location being right near the ocean also added to its charm. I wish there were a few more coffee latte options. I'm looking forward to coming back to try more things. read more

I don't have pictures as it was a very stressful time, my mother in law was in the hospital and I with my triage mindset knew food was the answer for stressed minds and hungry tummies. We got the Grilled Pork sticky rice (my partner liked it a lot but wasn't able to finish) , Korean Pancake (if you like scallions you'll LOVE this veggie pancake, it's stupidly delicious). As well as two drinks, a strawberry smoothie and a caramel macchiato-- both were really good and I enjoyed my macchiato (it's a hit or miss at most places). While we were not able to enjoy the in house environment, it's just a gorgeous place; there's flower arrangements throughout the restaurant, big windows with lots of sun and enough room in the sitting areas to not feel crowded. Passing through New London stopped here for a cup of coffee. Really good coffee! Bold and rich flavor. I asked for a good pastry and the attendant recommended a delicious vanilla cake!! First time visitor with a friend for lunch. The space is bright, clean, inviting, and the chairs are comfy. I hade the noodle bull and my friend had the grilled chicken skewers, which came with sticky rice and steamed vegetables. We both enjoyed our lunches very much and would absolutely have gotten them again. Very fresh food and delicious sauces. There are 2 cases filled with beautiful, refrigerated, desserts and specialty ice creams. Very nice friendly service, which really is the cherry on the ice cream sundae. Nice clean bathroom too.
