Ordered the East meets West pulled pork sandwich with pasta Fagioli and a pineapple coconut lemonade. The lemonade has a surprisingly good twist to it, wasn't overly sweet. Sandwich and soup came out hot and fresh. Everything was tasty Cute artwork and quirky signs

We stopped into Cafe Sol on a Friday morning, it was pretty busy, but service was quick and friendly. They mentioned they took allergies very seriously, and I felt comfortable eating here. We split a hibiscus tea and a gluten free bagel with lox and capers. Everything tasted great and potions were generous. A little on the pricey side for a drink and a bagel, but oh well. It was pretty noisy inside, so we opted for the outdoor patio, which was great. Food came out quickly. A great place to stop in for a quick bite and drink!

Stopped by this quaint little breakfast spot and overall had a cute experience. I'd personally rate it a 3.5/5, but since half-stars aren't an option, I rounded up. They had a fun variety of seasonal coffee flavors, which made choosing a drink part of the experience. I tried a horchata-inspired coffee. I'm not a big coffee drinker and prefer sweeter options, so it didn't quite hit for me--but my girlfriend really liked it. Our friend ordered the blueberry muffin shaken espresso, which was surprisingly delicious and had a strong blueberry flavor that actually came through. For breakfast, I had the Spicy Cho--a hearty and flavorful choice. It wasn't very spicy, but the chorizo brought a bold, satisfying punch. I'd recommend. My girlfriend had the Harvest Wrap, which was a bit of a miss. It ended up being pretty wet and lacked a defining flavor. It had that "healthy wrap" vibe but needed something to bring it all together. We'd skip that one next time. Overall, a decent spot with a few standout items and some misses. Worth a visit if you're in the area and want to try something different.

Cafe Sol was a stop recommended by Guess Where travels, and my friend had actually been there frequently and was eager to see their new location. They have parking that goes around the building, with seating inside and outside. Their menu covers a few chalk boards. The bread and meat of the sandwich was very good, although it was just a drop of dressing for creaminess. The decor was very bright and eclectic without becoming clutter. Everything was extremely clean, including the rest room. There is a free little library inside to check out or maybe move an old book on in life! The employees were all friendly and although they were starting to clean to close, did not force anyone out.

Cool cafe shop and restaurant a couple blocks from the Niantic Children's museum. After a long day visiting the Children's Museum my family and I decided to try this coffee shop. We ordered a Cappuccino and a pumpkin spice latte. Both coffees were delicious. The staff were very friendly and polite. I will come back in the future to try their food.

Cafe Sol is my favorite place to visit whenever I'm in Niantic! The menu is so unique, extensive and delicious, and it's the perfect spot for breakfast or lunch! The coffee and teas are also very tasty, and they do an amazing job curating seasonal selections. The staff is also incredibly friendly and charming. Their original location on Main Street was too small to accommodate the crowds and regulars that frequented Cafe Sol. Their new space is gorgeous and has so many seating options. I love sitting outside with friends during the warmer months! Every time I leave, I cannot wait to come back! I wish more places felt like Cafe Sol.

Stopped by the old location few years back and had a great breakfast sandwich. Found myself cruising through Nianitc again, and decided to check out the new spot. Got a breakfast sandwich and a latte to go, but they do now have a large welcoming seating area to dine in. The wait was quick, the staff was super friendly, and the sandwich was delicious. All in all, it was a great experience and will definitely be back to try more of the expansive menu.

So happy to visit this place in the new location! So much more seating both inside and outside available. BLaT and East Meets West will always be my favorite sandwiches from here. The Dip and BBBQ Salad are also among the list of favorites. The new blueberry muffin coffee is also incredible if you are a blueberry coffee fan.

After a hot day at the beach, we stopped by Cafe Sol for some coffee. It was super busy inside. They have a large menu, of smoothies, coffee, sandwiches, wraps and more. I just got an iced latte, but they surprised me by adding cold foam on top. They have some seating inside and outside, we didn't have a table outside where we sat, it's ok since we weren't eating. The coffee was delicious, they actually brew Ashlawn Farm coffee here. It's one of the best in the general area. The cold foam was refreshing and sweet! The food that the people were having outside, looked delicious. The lady who served us was very pleasant and friendly, you know when someone calls you "love" they're having a good day!

I arrived needing a dose of afternoon caffeine. This place sure didn't disappoint. With plenty of parking in the back, this place was easy to find and located in the heart of downtown Niantic. The cafe itself is adorable with a rustic look. The service was very friendly and prompt. I ordered a large iced Macchiato. It was delicious. I will come back here and order food next time. The atmosphere was very welcoming and inviting. I can't wait to come back here with friends!

This place recently moved and it's better than ever. Honestly I have only ever been here for breakfast, but the lunch menu looks just as good. For breakfast, the coffee is great and there are a lot of options for breakfast sandwiches on local bagels. They let me sub wraps for bagels without an issue. On our last visit, my kids ordered everything bagels and it turned out they were out of them. Not a big deal to substitute another option, but the staff felt badly about it and gave the kids a free muffin of their choosing. There's a really nice patio out back (though watch out for bees if you're allergic) and dogs are welcome -- they even brought out a water bowl for ours. Lots of people seem to come and camp out to get work done in the morning before heading to the beach in the afternoon. Highly recommend.

I love this place! It's the first time I've went so far. The parking can be difficult since the area is tourist filled especially during the summer but if you go during the weekday you can get street parking without a problem. Staff is friendly and they can offer the items disconstructed as well with other options such as toast and etc. They also offer CBD shots for all drinks offered. They have outdoor and indoor seating. They have fresh pasteries available.

I have lived in Manchester for a very long time, yet this is my first time visiting The Firestone…read more I don't know what took me so long to try this place. It's a painting, an arts and craft, a bakery, and a coffee shop. Great place for friends to get together and spend quality time, with great refreshment. They make their own bread, Cheddar scallion scones, chocolate chip cookies, sandwiches, and many other items. My favorites are the different coffees and teas. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, both with the food service and the arts. What a gem to have on Main Street.

Surprisingly good food in a pottery painting place…read more Been meaning to review this place for a while. Each time I'd go in, see no one around, then left. This last attempt, there was a bunch of staff around so I got the full experience. The staff were very friendly and informative. They explained the pottery painting side of things to anyone painting a piece. They had a wealth of knowledge in that regard, explaining how to get the best results for each medium. I wasn't here for the pottery, I was here for the food. So they sat at a 4 top and let me go up to the cafe to order. The menu is basic, egg sandwiches, avocado toast, French toast, coffees and lattes. Some fresh baked pastries available but mostly simple dishes. I opted for their French toast latte and an egg sandwiches with bacon. Also got a cinnamon roll that was baked that morning. Food came out after a few minutes. Not speedy but not slow. Took some pics and dug in. There's a fundamental rule that I follow when reviewing. "The flavors on the description need to match the flavors of the dish." There's sandwich did this exemplary. The garlic aoli had a strong but slightly acidic bite to it, which helped the arugula's bitterness. The egg was fluffy, the tomato grilled and salted, and the bacon perfectly crispy. The soft home made bread was almost too soft, compressing down to nothing after each bite. If anything, the bread could've been grilled to give it a bit more structure. But besides that gripe, it's one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had. The latte, that's what took the star off. The coffee is giv beans, so a good quality product. The problem was it was extremely, overbearingly bitter. With a French toast latte, you'd expect the sweet to counteract the bitter. But nope, the sweet came from the cold foam and the concentrated coffee at the base led to straight sips of cringingly bitter coffee. After mixing the cold foam into the coffee, it became more bearable. But the damage was done by that point, and my pallet was shot. Had to dump most of the coffee. Overall, it's a neat place to go to. It's rare to have activities along with good food, and the staff there make the experience great. Not too much a fan of the specialty coffee, but the food is well worth the price. A solid food choice for Main Street.
