I previously left a poor review but totally missed that this company was contacted by another company to complete the job, so here is a revised review. The locksmith that came to do the job, Adam, was awesome. He wasn't here even 30 minutes and made me two new keys for my motorcycle. There were some issues with scheduling, etc and that was all on 24 Hour Locksmith who didn't properly communicate with Lion. Adam offered me a discount on the job in light of the contact company's horrible performance. They did not notify him about the appointment they had set up with me, but when I called him directly, he made it happen on incredibly short notice. Hats off to Lion, I highly recommend. I did not use Lion for my current problem, only because our schedules precluded it, but their friendly and informed response to my request led me to bookmark them for future reference, especially since they do some general handyman work, too. These guys do anything connected with locks, latches, safes, and all other kinds of security devices. Courtesy and good listening skills are important to me, and Adam from Lion demonstrated these in spades when we spoke. Also, he respected my having contracted with another shop to do my work, and did not try to talk me into reneging on that arrangement, which I greatly appreciate and respect. Wow, these guys for sure made my day! I m driving a 16' PENSKE rental truck, door closed, key inside. Siri recommend this locksmith as the closest one and I called , despite being closed on Sunday a guy picked up and I told him my situation, he told me he is going to call around to find somebody for me and called me back within 5 min with a thumbs up! Some guy would call me shortly, that also happened,Eli called me and told me that he still has one emergency waiting but is then heading out to find me, I should send him a message of my location. I did not really know the address of my location and told him that I m only here working for a show that is in the arena today sitting on parking lot X , no problem , dear , he replied I know where that is and am going yo call you when I m close. Sweet! He arrived about30 min later and opened the car , it was pretty difficult because the truck is from 2015 but built real simple so has the inside door handles but no button! Forgot the combo to my safe. I called and Adam came out. He spent 3 hours and ended up having to take it home to fill in the holes he drilled with putty. He brought it back and gave us the combo. Tuesday night my key broke off in my ignition. I needed it removed and a new key made. Adam literally came to the rescue. I was stuck at my son's football practice with my kids in the car including my 9 month old baby. Adam was there in less than 25 minutes. It was a struggle to get the key out but he never gave up. Using my girlfriends account to post this review. Wanted to say Adam Lavie was efficient and cut me a hell of a deal after a miscommunication on the phone. He cut me two new keys for my truck on the spot after I had broken my original in half trying to get it out of my pocket. He even sprayed some WD-40 in my door lock, which fixed a problem I had with it sticking for no extra charge. Quality service. Definitely recommended.
