If I could give Lion's Roar 6 stars, I would! My favorite local brewery - always a great variety of beers on tap and cans to bring home! The front of house staff is the best - shoutout to Maddy who always greets us by name and makes us feel so welcome! I go for regular trivia nights and it's always a great time. On a quieter night, try their outdoor patio. So much fun and covered so you can enjoy even in not great conditions! Any beer lover in the area needs to make this a stop on their list.

I live for breweries and I never go to any city without trying to stop at every brewery I find through Yelp :D I stopped by the last time I was In Westfield but it was early and they don't open until 4 so I made sure to be in the area after said time the next time I was in the area. This place was on our way to eat after leaving another brewery so we stopped in to grab a flight before heading out to eat, but we also ended up having a pint as well. It's a nice sized brewery with a great atmosphere. There is minimal parking beside the building so we parked up the street. There were a lot of people here enjoying themselves and a little party was going on and it was nice to see people eating their food they brought and smiling while also enjoying their beers. We ordered: Flight - Grisette, Marzen, Raspberry Sour, WC Session IPA Pints - Raspberry Sour and Black IPA Every beer we had was excellent. The staff were friendly and the vibes were chill. They have board games as most brewery do so we took advantage of that and played a couple. Great brewery! See you soon :) Sláinte!

Small but fun local brewery with TVs indoors (great for catching a Devils game) and a nice outdoor space with heat lamps for the colder months. There are a nice variety of beers on draft to choose from, including some seasonal brews. The drinks are just a tad pricier than I would've expected, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Also note that it's BYOF - we grabbed pizzas to have with some beers and it was great!

So nice to have a good brewery in Westfield. Right near the busy traffic circle with statue of Clio mounted high above town. Nice server. Good beer options. They were setting up for trivia night. We got beer to go too!

I hosted my fiancé's 30th birthday at Lions Roar, and it was amazing! The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. I had many questions and they were all answered. They made the entire experience stress-free for me and enjoyable. They provided us tables to hold all the food we brought which was great. They also provided us with a table, cups, and water for water pong. Our guests had such a great time! The beers were great, the space was perfect for the 22ish people we ended up having and definitely could have held more, and the outdoor heaters kept everyone comfortable, even on a chilly and rainy night. I couldn't have asked for a better spot to have his party. Highly recommend Lions Roar!

My best four legged buddy usually joins me on Wednesdays. I appreciate that they allowed my buddy to watch me drink inside on Wednesdays. During the winter it was too cold to be drinking outside even with propane heaters. I usually get whatever is seasonal. I really liked the red ale for St. paddy's recently. There's a few restaurants around if you need food. I've gotten delivery from the pizza place down the street. there's also a couple tv to watch sports.

Certainly wouldn't recommend the "hazy ipa"

Certainly wouldn't recommend the "hazy ipa" but the music was good. Other beers we tried were fine.

By far my favorite brewery in this area. I try to come often to taste any new offerings. My first time here, I was blown away by how good their fruited sours were and I was hooked. It's a small brewery as you can tell by the equipment but it's in no way related to how good their beers are. I usually find myself inside the front room where there are a couple of TVs, but I don't watch. I usually play COD. It's pretty quiet Friday afternoons but haven't stayed long enough into the evenings. I noticed the other day that they have trivia night, so definitely worth checking out. It's very laid back.

I love that you can try 4oz, 10oz, 16oz, or purchase a 4 pack of cans. Service was quick as ordering is at the bar. Staff does come around to clear and garbage and/or empty glasses. Since my friend invited around 10 people, she got there early to grab tables in the back. Loved spending time here, would return to try other beers on tap!

We had to buy a 4 pack tin and they popped one out to serve us . There wasn't any hazy beers on tap. Wish , being a brewery they had more options . The hazy beers from the Tin was super good too ! The place was busy, and then they also have screens where people can watch sports, and other events. They had a very decent menu, that leaned toward "pub grub." The meal started, with chicken strips coated, in Ritz crackers. They were delicious. You could definitely taste the Ritz crackers, and the sweetness of the crackers played very well against the chicken. I don't remember what was in the dipping sauce, but it was amazing They actually reminded me of the old "planet Hollywood" restaurants They had a Dish, along the same line, called "chicken crunch". Chicken, coated in Cap'n crunch cereal. As weird as it sounds, I loved it, and I'm not the only one. It was one of their most popular appetizers, if not the most popular. The main course, the short rib tacos were fantastic. The short rib was literally melt in your mouth tender. It also came with a pink sauce, that was both savory and tangy at the same time. It had a little bit of a kick to it. I may be wrong, but to me, it tasted like there was a little bit of horseradish in it. For the quality of the food, the price was reasonable. I would gladly come back. Thanks!

The atmosphere was very chill, and it seemed like a lot of people came by to watch the olympics. To start, we had the chicken potsticker appetizer. The sauce that these came in was incredible!! I was doing my best to soak up as much as I could with every bite. For my dinner, I had the blackened chicken salad. It was solid, but I've had better elsewhere. My boyfriend's shrimp tacos were delicious from the bites I took. Next time, I'd skip the salad and go for something else, and I'd definitely get those potstickers again!!

I came for lunch and appreciated the fact that they had a lunch menu that includes a complimentary cup of soup. Although it was literally 100 degrees outside, the cream of crab soup was the perfect accompaniment to the entree of chicken fajitas and was quite lovely. The fajitas were sizzling hot when they came to the table, the plate was full of chicken, and the dish tasted fantastic. Also, I had a lychee mocktail which was a delight. The Cobb chicken sandwich was also a huge portion and was reminiscent of the salad but instead had a ciabatta bun. Also, our server, Sierra, was so sweet and attentive. All in all, we had an excellent experience per usual and will definitely be back.

Honestly, the design inside and its staff may be their redeeming qualities. Staff was attentive and even though we were seated in the patio they came to check on us often, clearing plates, offering to get us more food/drinks each time. As soon as you sit down, you're met with chips and salsa (pictured). Chips were ok, the salsa had very little flavor or seasoning. I can only describe it as a watered down Tostitos mild salsa (you know - the salsa in the glass jar). Food was average. Extensive menu, but quality varies across dishes. My partner got a steak and eggs, which was not too bad. They nailed the medium rare temperature. And the chimichurri had a good flavor. My quesadilla was OK, with the salsa toppings and side salad being average tasting. I gave this place two tries, I don't think they get a third one. Unsure if I'd return but if I did perhaps it'd be for happy hour drinks (Monday-Friday 4-6P).
