They also had other activities for a small cost: pony rides, petting zoo, bounce house. We also purchased food and participated in the gift basket raffle. We were there for at least 3 hours. The park is great for kids older than 4. There's also a water area that is fun for both older and younger kids. The butterfly house was also a hit. Many butterflies landed on us while we were in there. Overall a great place to visit, definitely stop by as well when an event is going on for extra activities.

This is the best disc golf course in The Kane. Hands down…read more My 6yr old son and I head over here all year round to play this course. The Wheeler disc course sculpts a greater park that also claims several walking/bike paths, a baseball field, soccer/hockey fields, picnic areas, a playground, a mini golf course and tennis courts. Some of the holes are too hard for him to come close to par, but others are a great fit for his current ability. The course has a great range in difficulty which spans from easy par 3's to challenging par 4's. Legging out the entire course is about a 2 mile venture. The backwoods holes are a real hoot. Can't tell you the number of times I've headed into the tree's or the ravine to find a disc that's hooked too far right or left. Throwing from the top of the hill on hole #11 is a person fav. Just don't be surprised if you have to perform the aforementioned trip on a stray disc. Other holes feature baskets on the other side of a cluster of tree's, some border natural grass/reed areas, while others have very lengthy fairways weaving lines of tree's. Amenities-wise there's a drinking fountain near the parking lot and bathrooms near the playground. If you need anything else, bring it. Most golfers here like to bring their own beverage of choice. There's a ton of…read moreplayground equipment, including jungle gyms, slides, monkey bars, rock wall, merrygoround, and multiple types of swings including some multi-person options. The ground is super squishy rubber matting: nice shock absorbtion for all the running, and a fall on that wouldn't hurt nearly as much as on other material. The swings are surrounded by wood chips. There are several covered picnic areas and lots of trash/recycling bins. There's a sledding hill and a stadium as well. The grounds were well maintained: clean, grass and plants cared for. A great place for kids to play!

There isn't a restroom which is why we don't hit this place nearly as often as we would otherwise. With little kids who are potty training - a restroom is a must at this stage of our lives. I think I've seen port-a-johns but yeah, not anyone's preferred restroom.

There's not just the spray pad, but a playground, swings and covered picnic area with tables and benches. There are lacrosse fields right next to it so more open space for the kids to run around. It's run by the Geneva Park District and the stay pad is open from June to September, typically. All of our kids love to be there. From infants up through elementary ages for sure will enjoy it. There's plenty of grassy space with trees for shade, so bring a blanket and snacks. It's a public park, so it should not be a surprise that the public port-a-john is kind of gross. Bear in mind, this place gets super busy when it's warm/hot out and a lot of kids from the neighborhood seem to be there unsupervised. Nevertheless, this place is great.

There were sculptures all along the walking path. This gave us something to look at and discuss as we walked. In addition to the walking path, there is a playground, tennis court, and skate park at this park. There is also a veteran's memorial at the center of the park. For a variety of things to do, I highly recommend Mount Saint Mary Park.

The Fabyans Forest Preserve WIndmill is a great area along the Fox River. You can go walking on the…read morenature trail and even check out the over 100 year old windmill that was one an important economic driver in Geneva. There are two convenient parking lots.
