Laurie's Yoga Plus class is as challenging as any intermediate class offered by larger studios in major cities. She is an amazing instructor--everyone was made to feel special--and challenged. Jenn is also a wonderful instructor. Many of the classes that I attended this year were packed (25++) into the small studio, so arrive early or plan to register online. The studio is towards the back and it is in a big room. It is clean and calming in spirit. I have joined the morning classes and there are too many people in it and I love the intimacy of the class. All of the instructors have had their own unique-ness and I always come out of it challenged.
