My new favorite smoke shop! It's crazy because I stay in the rich and called about 4 other smoke shops looking for bongs & other things but all 4 of them didn't have what I was looking for. I called Hollywood and asked the guy said they have some & to come check it out. I ended up going a few days later otw home from school. First, they have a variety of glass for flower & for concentrates. If you're a Cannasseur like me, you'll definitely appreciate the wide range of glass & smoking accessories. Second, the customer service was hella good too! Super nice guy and helped me with everything I needed help with. Third, you can't beat the price and with quality items and customer service, I can't recommend this place enough. I'll definitely be back for some heady glass. All the workers here at Hollywood Smoke Shop are professional and nice. The shop is very clean and well-maintained. One time, they accidentally short-changed me. I pointed it out, but they still didn't see what had happened. Well, about a week later, they had checked the camera and finally saw their error. They told my friend who was in Hollywood Smoke Shop without me to ask me when she saw me to come back in and get my short-changed amount. When I did, the man was SO VERY kind and apologetic to me. After 5 years I came and back and visited this place. I just to give a more updated review. Owner was very helpful towards me and my uncle. I was looking for something's and we thought he didn't have it but after the owner asked me what I was looking for, he was looking around the front, then went too the back and definitely had it in stock! He definitely changed my experience after this one time. Most definitely will be coming back again for sure! I don't go early anymore cause I don't work in the area so it works out for me for sure! Smaller shop with out the largest glass display but definitely has something for you. Good choice of sweatshirts or silkscreen prints. Owner or their staff is pretty good about working with you or offering a large or local discount. Just stop by and check it out. The rudest customer service experience I've ever had. The asshole behind the counter was so rude that I actually walked out. I had about two questions and that apparently was too much for him to handle. He was so rude it was actually shocking so I turned around and left. I hope this place closes down from the pandemic.
