Absolutely terrible pricing. 30%+ more than specs/costco pricing. I understand they bulk buy but do better if you want to retain customers and build retention. I stopped in here with my sister today to grab a few essentials. It's the closest liquor store to the Watauga area. It's an ok selection and they had what I was looking for. It's a small place so the selection isn't huge but functional. I noticed things seemed a few dollars higher than liquor store I go to back home. My sister didn't care as much as I did, but she likes that the store is in her neighborhood. read more

Great selection, great prices, good location...but the polite members of the staff mostly stayed home today I moved to Fort Worth from another state a few years ago and have been shopping at this Liquor Depot for at least a couple of years. I generally come in once a month and spend close to a couple of hundred dollars. The place is just minutes from where I live, the selection is great, and the prices are impressive. Generally, there are several friendly, polite, helpful employees who work here. I think this must have been their day off. I was just in there about 20 minutes ago. A man standing behind the counter just stared at me, not nodding, smiling, or greeting me. Then, when I had found most of what I wanted, an older man near my age (I'm in my late 60s) who was stocking the shelves, asked me if I needed help. I was momentarily distracted, because I knew exactly what I wanted and had pretty well spotted it, so I wasn't sure if I had heard him and said "Sorry?" Do...you...need...any...HELP...SIR Spoken in a tone as if to say "You idiot, can't you learn to LISTEN the FIRST TIME?" The only thing that kept the whole experience from completely going south was that there was a friendly young woman at one of the registers, who rang up my order and boxed it for me. She was helpful and polite, which is my usual experience there. I'll probably return, because the prices, selection, and location are too good to pass up, but they need to get a different crew...the one today had no concept of customer service, except for the friendly young woman. read more

I'm going to try to give some benefit of the doubt since this store is still relatively new. I've been in this establishment twice recently. It's clean, well organized, and has a good selection. However, their pricing is a little all over the place. They have some that are on par, some that are great values, and some that are exorbitantly overpriced. I was very excited by their behind the counter selection of limited edition or harder to find bottles. However, with markup being anywhere from $100-$400 over retail prices, it really makes me wonder what's going on and why they think they can price that high. I'm hoping they get their pricing sorted. Came in on a Friday evening, busy place and friendly staff. Had a couple of sample stations and a large assortment/variety of many liquors. Just opened in April due to law that was passed allowing liquor stores in this area the clerk was telling us. Nice, clean store with a large selection...I'll be back! read more

Rude people...... walk in .... no greeting, walk up to register and all she says is credit or debit? I ask if chip reader works, no answer..... only thing she said to me was do you want a receipt ? She puts in bag and keeps talking to her associates apparently bad mouthing another co worker..... I made sure l said thank you as I walked out and didn't receive a response from any of the 3 working the counter..... I will never walk into this store again, they lost my business due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

When this place first opened, I didn't think it would last as their stock was tiny and the store was uninviting. This quickly changed and now it's a fully stocked store! MOST of the staff are helpful and inviting and you can usually find what you're looking for. read more

Buyer beware!!! These guys will try to rip you off! I went in to buy 1.75L of el jimador which was listed in the store on the tags on the shelf as 34.99 and they wanted over 43$ with tax. At first it came up 40.04 when he scanned it but I guess that wasn't enough so he deleted that number and manually put in over 40$ plus tax which equaled over 43$. When I showed him that the price tag in the store said 34.99 the other guy in the store said they couldn't do that and it would cost 36.99 plus tax! A store that can't even honor their own price is not worth shopping at! read more
