An extremely friendly store with a great variety of wines, beer, soft drinks etc. It is a fun place to go!

Went there, asked the clerk how much an item was, he told me. Price was good, so I got 2 & 1 other item. He then, ( without telling me the total) took my card, and before I could even ask, he swiped it! I then asked how much it was, and he overcharged me!! There's NO WAY I would have paid that amount for the item! That's why I asked in the 1st place! Make sure you ask how much something is TWICE! Bad business practice. Just bad. read more

Avoid for CO2 fillings. For other items, be aware that they are expensive. I had a CO2 tank overfilled to the point that the safety valved triggered and it was like a mini explosion. It was really scary, and it could have created a bad accident if it would have happened in the car. I have to replace the valve for about $40, plus the effort and time to do it. I went back to the store, and the clerk on duty did not agree to refill the tank at no charge. He also refused to give the the name and telephone number of the owner to discuss what happened. Be aware! they do not have a gauge to control the refills, and they do have a scale, but do not use it. This results in overfills and under-fills. The behavior of the clerk on duty after 4 pm ( middle age man with thick glasses is regretful) Not only he refused to recharge the tank, but also asked me to leave the store, and not come back because I told them they should use a gauge, or other method to calculate the refills. read more

Has all the booze you could want. Hence the name liquor locker. They have good specials too on bigger bottles. There is an atm inside and they have good mixers. There is only a couple of parking spaces in front but have never seen it packed here so shouldn't be hard with parking. There is a vape store and gas station next to this spot as well. Definitely a local spot to check out if you are a fan of booze, and who isn't?! I am primarily interested in their craft beer selection, which is more than decent, but I noticed they have an impressive selection of hard stuff as well. Saw some expensive rarities up out of reach. Don't have a BevMo year by...that's ok, because they have a wine sale here that is just as good! And a great selection of wine if you get down the aisle to the back room to explore! Plus you can get other beverages if wine isn't your thing.... I have been here a few times and the guys behind the counter have been pretty helpful and always willing to answer my questions. I have lived in the area for some time, but only for the last two years have I been going here. Wish I would've started earlier-- Circle K sucks. Put simply, Liquor Locker has a large selection of beer, wine, and liquor. They price fairly and have reasonable people who work there- I had a bad bottle of wine and they refunded my second bottle. I love this place. I only drink beer occasionally, so I can't speak for the other reviewer's keg experience. What I can speak to is their immense selection of wine and spirits. I drink scotch. "Scotch scotch scotch, I love scotch!". Competitive pricing, and a *huge* variety of quality single malts from the Highlands, Speyside and even Japan! Guys are super friendly when you get to know them, and are always pointing you to the next best thing to try. They also seemed to have cornered the market with regard to "gift packs"...why go to another store to buy a bottle of scotch when you can get the same scotch for the same price (sometimes cheaper) with two branded scotch glasses?! Their wine and champagne selection is also right up there; not quite Wine Steals or BevMo, but better than any liquor store I've visited here. Plenty to choose from, ranging from great sub-$10 cabernets to bottles of Dom. Overall, those guys are awesome. Stop by, get to know them if you're in the area, and don't drink and drive! read more

Perfect Large selection of wine, beer, and spirits.

Do not buy Kegs from them as they will not give you your shell deposit back even with receipt of purchase and keg sticker proving the keg came from there shop. Months later they have done nothing to try to remedy the situation. Sketchy business. read more

This spot has a decent beer selection, at standard prices. However, do not go here for CO2 fills. I have two kegerators at home and they have consistently under-filled my CO2 bottles to the point where they last less than 1/4 of the time they should. BeverageFactory in Miramar area gives full fills for nearly the same price and I understand Keg N Bottle is equally reliable in this matter. May be a fine store for liquor, but not for CO2. read more

This is a great local liquor store in Baypark. The dudes that work here are super chill and go out of there way to get to know the customers on a first name basis. Only downside is the early closing during week nights... read more

This local liquor shop is fantastic. They have solid selections of beer, wine and vodkas. In fact, I am shocked with the amount of good wine they have. The guys who work there haven't changed for the last 13 years. Its easy to become a "regular" customer if there is no other, bigger shop in the walking distance to my home. The guys are I believe Turkish, very friendly....when they see you regularly they great you, chat with you about anything....from politics, sports...life...with a big smile on their face. They also have LOTTO, which is damn convenient as I am running an 8 people lotto club at work and buy tickets on regular basis. Go there and Experience what my husband and I do :) read more

Here's an unbiased review, I'm from Canada visiting San Diego. All I saw was pretty basic scotch stock, nothing out of the ordinary. I've had better luck walking into liquor stores at random. No gift packs, a good deal on a Glenlivet 12 year old, but that's about it. Great for beer and wine though, but don't go out of your way looking for a unique scotch. read more

Bought a keg from them, no big deal until I tried to return it, they said I had it too long and couldn't return it, I asked why ? They said if I had it more then a couple of days that I bought it, I asked why and explained I own a kegerater and drink leisurely, I showed them the sticker on the side of the keg showing it was theirs and they still wouldn't refund my deposit, so one of the two clowns that worked their called their boss/owner/manager who told them to give my deposit back to me, the bigger of the two clowns looked up my receipt proving again that I did business with them and said we have no money for you they are cash deposits (even though the whole deal went on my credit card, including deposit) so even after the phone call with the manager to refund, THEY STILL REFUSED TO RETURN MY DEPOSIT, it is a brand new keg shell that I can trade in somewhere else ( MORE HONEST THAT IS) PLEASE take that into consideration when dealing with these crooks, also the receipt was very basic so they can over charge you and not be disputed, I wished this wasn't the case because they are close to my house, but will drive farther for a more reputable and honest business transaction. read more

Buyer Beware. Prices change between the people that are purchasing the item. A 40oz of Budweiser is 3.49, go the register with it and its 4.50 out the door, I dont get it. A few days later I see a dude buying a pack of zig zags and its a 1.50 out the door, "for him" I leave and come back a day later to buy the same pack and the dude says 2.50 to me. I said he can keep it and left. Beware because even if you spend 10 dollars and use credit they will still charge you the 50 cents even though there policy says different. These guys are crooks unless you are there buddies. I gave them a lot of business in my first month in town but not a dollor more will be spent there by me. read more
