Went in with my wife and the elderly, male employee was perplexed by us looking at the white rum exclaiming to his younger female coworker that he "doesn't know what's going on there." He was also flustered that there were other patrons in the advertised self-serve refrigerator and that they shouldn't be in there. Ultimately we went to the much more patron friendly liquor store across the street. I would not recommend shopping here while this elderly man is still employed there. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very rude old man that targeted me and my friends. We came as a group and was ready to spend a lot of money on alcohol. We went into the self served fridge and was rudely told to get out. Don't advise that you can go in if you don't want customer to use it! While we were waiting on line, all about to pay separately he stops working with another customer just to check all of our ids. We are all over 21 and has every intention to show our ids but did not appreciate being harassed in line! DON'T GO HERE!!! read more

Okay, I don't even know where to actually start off. I'll just say that I was a local coming into this store for the last three or four years, despite the lower prices at other regional liquor stores. Not only have my friends been accused and harassed by the EXTREMELY rude old guy working (perhaps a manager?) for being "underage" or for wearing a rainbow pride mask, and then being told "we're pushing a political agenda". Underage? Me and my friends are all over the age of TWENTY-THREE and all have VALID I.D. to prove this but he still wants to give hard time? Good luck with that attitude. I will be taking my business to more friendly and cheaper local stores close by. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. We're here from AZ to take care of my husband's mom who's lived here most of her married life. My dad in law died a couple years ago and my mom in law has been alone cause of covid for a while. Anyway, she really likes bailey's Irish crème so after she'd recovered from her heart valve procedure we bought her a bottle of bailey's. We waited a few more days and then poured her a small glass on the rocks. Yikes! It came out of the bottle in chunks! So, a week or so later we got back to this store and tried to return the bottle. The man behind the counter said we couldn't return it without a receipt. The woman who also works there said she remembered my husband buying the Bailey's along with a few other bottles of stuff. We've been there at least three times within a month cause of family visiting to see mom. A long story short, the man said and I quote "You could have been keeping this bottle for months on a shelf and now bring it in for a refund. I don't even know that you bought this bottle here." So basically he called us liars to our faces. We've already spent several hundred dollars at this store and we're planning on spending more cause it's right next to the grocery store and is convenient. This store will NO LONGER GET OUR OR OUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS BUSINESS even if we have to drive further during the winter because of seasonal liquor licenses. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE. read more

Disappointing craft beer selection which is strange given the amount of unused floor space the store has.

This review is actually for the Tobey St location Wareham but I couldn't find it. The manager Joe is spectacular I forgot stuff at the store and he drove it to me during high traffic time with high gas prices and waited for me for over 10 minutes to make sure that I got my purchase. He's extremely polite and friendly and I will never buy liquor from anybody else. read more

Only went once. Looking for boxed sangria, but only found bottles. Bought one. Had to go back to return. It was clear that it was very old...color and taste were horrible. Store credited it without issue. When I was in the store, never saw another customer. I felt prices were higher than other stores. Not crazy about the inventory. I don't know how they stay in business. read more

I am a year rounder who frequents the Dennis location due to convenience. I am 47 years old and for the first time EVER got carded today here. My license expired in June and (RMV has posted an extension due to Covid), yet I was treated rudely by the elderly clerk like it was my fault and I was some kid trying to buy beer. Then he refused to sell to my husband because I had brought the product up to the counter. Absolutely unacceptable to treat a regular customer this way. You have lost our business for good. There are plenty of other liquor stores nearby with even better prices. What a shame. read more

For two years straight one of my friends who partake in our annual Plymouth to P-Town cycling extravaganza was so freaked out from exertion, hunger, and the excitement that comes with being off the main roads in Cape Cod for the rest of the trip, that by lunchtime he needed help calming back down... to the tune of getting a suitcase of 18 Budweisers to split among four dudes who probably haven't eaten enough that day anyhow. It was excessive, sure, but the image of this sweaty, bearded maniac riding a $1,200 touring bike in a vintage woolen (& hot & smelly & yucky) cycling jersey down the rail trail with his left arm dangling down holding the beer was one for the books. read more

Me and my boyfriends family walked into the store. We just came here from jersey for a wedding. I had 4 people in my group all well over 25 and as soon as we walk in the older gentlemen was watching our every move like we were a "gang" or something. We picked up one of the little shooters (one of the ones that's comes free with the original bottle of liquor) he comes up to us and says "oh no no no" takes it out of our hands and puts it back down. Like we were stealing...... we were about to buy $100 worth of liquor and after that we all walked out and didn't want to give him our business. Couldn't be more rude. Looking at the other reviews people agree. Don't go here there's plenty of liquor stores in the area. JUST RUDE. read more

Check your receipt before leaving. Good wine selection and prices, but when I checked out a mixed case, the clerk didn't scan the two bottles with the lowest price and instead scanned the two most expensive bottles twice. I wasn't watching and didn't check the receipt until I got home. Next day the manager took 15 minutes to do the math (took me one minute), ring the credit back on my card and disappear into the back to copy his documentation. Although I'm sure this $12 deal could have been done in cash with a complimentary bottle of wine thrown in for my trouble, he needed to document the entire mess for his boss. I have been going here for years. I have to say their transition from what used to be "Patriot Liquors" to a "Liquor 'N More" location was an improvement. First, the selection is much better than it was. Second, the prices are fair. From the reviews I read they may not treat their employees all that well, which is unfortunate for sure. The only warning is to avoid the guy with the handle-bar mustache if at all possible. He is moody and just plain weird - very strange dude. If you can't avoid him, he is great for information if you know how to use his answers. Here's the secret - if there's something you want to know, just ask him and the real answer is exactly opposite of what he says. "Do you have any more of these?". Hope he will say no - this is great news because after he checks you can bet there will be! If he says "We won't do this any more" or "We won't carry this any more" then you know they surely will! He is a great source of information if you know how to use it! If you like wine, definitely this place is worth a stop! read more
