But when we looked at the bill, they added $4 per drink--one for ice, the other for neat! When we confronted the manager, he said this was industry practice as if any of us (all over 70) had never ordered a drink before. He eventually and grudgingly refunded the extra charges, but failed to acknowledge the dishonesty in pricing or apologize. So, they have lost this group of customers.
