So this was my 2nd Elite event for the year in 2 days!!! I'm on a roll, lol. Anywho, the place doesn't look like a wine cellar from the street, but don't let the outside fool you. The inside looks like a pretty little wine boutique, but it's huge. We were greeted instantly, and we bought 3 bottles at a reduced Yelp Elite rate. I also received a Yelp gift. They were also nice enough to extend the event due to the winter storm. I don't live in the area, but hopefully, when I'm near, I can stop by. Check them out, people!!!

They were happy to explain the layout and wine selection. They also had several wine bottles open for tasting. The staff were super personable and were extremely happy to interact with their customers. We were closer to their previous location, so its a longer drive out to Joliet. I'm not sure if it was open seating since there was a little podium right off the elevator so we just sat ourselves. Some speakeasies require a certain dress code to keep up with the times. They did have a food menu but it was mainly snacks and small plates that were a bit overpriced. If we're having a large Gathering they have a big private room next door. My group got two rounds of drinks which included the Toasted Pecan Old Fashioned, Figgy Smalls, Christmas in a Cup, Happiness is a Warm Puppy, Milk & Cookies, and Maple Bacon Old Fashioned. My favorites by far were the Toasted Pecan Old Fashioned and Figgy Smalls. My group also loved the Milk & Cookies. The bartenders hustled to get drinks out and still took time to smoke the old fashioneds to perfection. I'd love to come back on a normal night and re-enjoy this lockport hotspot.
