When we returned home from our trip and I called the limo service to complain, the owner swore to me that she would issue a refund right away. She not only didn't issue the refund but she overcharged me on both trips. I previously called to question the amount and had to leave a message. No one called me back. I was charged over $900 for round-trip transportation to the airport that actually endangered our lives! Never using this company again!!
