Good food and probably in the top three restaurants in Maricopa. Always fresh. Not a fan of the egg rolls, but everything else has been good. They use all white meat chicken which is a plus for sure. The general TSO has great flavor and my son loves the chicken and vegetable low mein. I do wish they had chow fun but alas I will head into the city when I need that in the belly. They also have delivery and it's very fast. I think we waited about 30 minutes from order being placed to hot food on the table. That's their own delivery person, no door dash or Uber eats. Made me feel like the olden days of delivery. I'm not sure if they use MSG or not, I feel like they might because my blood pressure shot up after eating, but to be fair chinese food in general is high in sodium so it could have been just regular seasonings that caused it. I absolutely loved this restaurant when I first moved here. I love Asian cuisine and being that the only other option in Maricopa was panda, this was a clear winner. I ordered here a handful of times and really enjoyed it, but the last time I ordered I was very disappointed. The quality was not only very poor, but the food and soup had a fishy smell and flavor. We love Lil's Garden! It's the best in Maricopa. Huge portion size, great taste, and they use good quality meat. The Orange chicken has big chunks of tender white meat chicken. Server was very attentive and sweet but unfortunately was super disappointment by the food. My husband loved the house special chow mei fun and I ordered a small cup of hot and sour soup as well as a shrimp fried rice. Likely could've been an off day but my food was slightly bland, the hot and sour soup wasn't hot or sour... and the rice could've used a bit more flavor. I had been buying meals from this restaurant for a long time and they were always great. The last three times I placed an order from them, the meals have been dry and sometimes not all the items were given to us. Since they've been pick up orders, we didn't notice until we got home. This last order I specifically told them how I wanted it and they still got it wrong plus I place 4 orders and when the orders were picked up, only two had been prepared. The quality and quantity of the food has gone down. Time to find another Chinese restaurant. read more

I've had more and better service at Panda Express. Food quality and preparation are about average. Portion size is (in my opinion) a little small. No doggy bag required.
