This is gonna sound like hyperbole, but their firecracker wings (new item), chowmein noodles with chicken, and chicken egg-roll were ALL some of the best I've ever had. I'm serious. Everything is so damn good. 2. It's very open and well-lit inside, clean floor and tables, big window with great views. Yes, this makes a difference even if you're only in there for a couple minutes. 3. Great customer service. Manager Michael answered all my my questions and made some recommendations. The other girl at the counter was super friendly too. I can't believe I've lived here for two years and this was my first time. Come here! You won't regret it. And get the wings. My wife wanted Thai food so came here for take out. Ordered Pad Thai with chicken, Drunken Noodles and 12 piece Thai Dumplings. The Pad Thai was tasteless and barely had any chicken in it. The Drunken Noodles were bland and not very good. The Thai Dumplings were not very good either...I've had better ones bought in frozen section of local grocery store. Disappointed by Poor Communication and Lack of Accountability We've been long-time customers of Thai Chili 2 Go and have always enjoyed the food. Tonight, I placed an online order on the way home from work. My goal was simple--pick up dinner, give my wife (who had a rough day with the kids) a break, and make things a little easier at home. Unfortunately, what should have been a smooth experience turned into a frustrating and disappointing situation. I arrived at 5:37 PM and walked in expecting to be greeted or at least acknowledged. I thought I heard someone speak, but no one made direct eye contact except a male employee who was on the phone. A female employee with her back turned eventually glanced over and, in a snippy tone, asked, "Pick-up?" I gave her the name, she checked, and said the order wasn't ready and they'd let me know when it was. So I sat and waited... and waited. After 20 minutes passed, I noticed multiple walk-in and take-out orders being fulfilled. It seemed off, so I called my wife, and she confirmed that pickup orders usually don't take this long. I finally went back to the counter and asked about my order. That's when Dayson, who had been at the front most of the time (and was on the phone when I arrived), casually said, "Oh, it's right here." Then added, "Did you walk up and give us a name?" -- which I had, clearly and directly. I explained that I spoke with the woman who had the long braid and she told me the order wasn't ready and they'd call me when it was. Instead of acknowledging the breakdown in communication, Dayson deflected by saying, "She's a cook and we're really busy." I asked why a cook would be handling customer pickups if that's not her primary role, and he responded that she is trained to take names. So why point out her role as a cook in the first place? What was most disappointing wasn't the wait time (which ended up being about 40 minutes), but the lack of accountability and ownership. I wasn't looking for free food--I was looking for a simple acknowledgment: "We apologize. Your order was ready and we missed calling it out." That would have been enough. Instead, I got a dismissive explanation and a token offer of free wontons or a fountain drink. Dayson has always seemed sharp and over capable in past visits, which is why this experience was so surprising. As a general manager, it's important to understand that customers don't care who takes the order--they care that the process is clear, timely, and professional. When mistakes happen (and they do), it's better to own them than to explain them away. Sadly, this experience left a bad impression, and while the food may still be great, service like this makes us think twice about coming back. read more

Again always fresh, always clean, always good service. Speed depends on how busy they are, but even if busy they are faster than Panda or other options locally and definitely fresher. Employees seem friendly and generally happy. Will of course be returning. For food try the basil rice charred, it's so good! However, the service was personable, attentive, and wonderful. Have been back several times and the folks working here never cease to amaze how interested they are in making one feel welcome and getting the order done correctly. This is a nice little corner restaurant in the Marshall's/Sprouts plaza. Everything is ordered via kiosk, and the food/drink is all made to order, so be prepared to wait a few minutes. If you don't have time to wait, you can simply download the app, and have it ready for pickup at a time the works for you. What's great about this place is that they have coconut milk alternatives to dairy as well as vegan options. I ordered the yellow curry, which came with coconut milk and rice noodles. The Thai tea was also pretty good. Sweet, but not overpowering. The in house sweet and sour sauce is excellent. The restaurant is clean with limited seating but is perfect for parties ranging from 2-4 people. Wait time is about fifteen minutes, but the food is hot and fresh. My 2nd time going to this location I upgraded my portion size because last time I didn't order enough since it was so good and I was so disappointed. Today is the Grand Opening of Thai Chili 2 Go (TC2GO)! I just noticed by chance on my way to get a sandwich and I made a U-turn. The place was packed with a line nearly out the door. Upon entering, a young lady offered a menu and a bottle of water. That was nice because it was 108° outside and I just finished a round of golf. I decided to order Pad Siew and three pieces of Thai dumplings to go. The dumplings were on the house because I used the coupon from the menu they gave me. As people we're leaving their tables, one of the young women (employee) immediately cleaned off the tables. There were always one or two of them on the floor making sure the establishment stayed clean. I don't know how long I waited for my order, but I didn't care. I knew they just opened and it was their first day. I probably waited 20-25 minutes. It took me just as long to make it through the line to place my order. My name was finally called and my order came in a round sealable container and my dumplings came in a small typical Chinese to go box. The Pad siew had decent flavor, but left an aftertaste I'm guessing from the special sauce. The noodles were cooked perfectly, but the broccoli was a bit undercooked. I ate a few, but had to put a few aside as they were a bit raw. There was a decent amount of meat (I chose chicken) and egg. The Thai Dumplings were pretty good. The filling was flavorful. I tried it with the dipping sauce, but it was overpowering. The trick is to barely dip the dumplings into the sauce and it was perfect. Take note, this isn't a bonifide authentic Thai restaurant. This is a fast food joint that gets your food out quickly under normal circumstances. It is a To-go restaurant; even though they have several tables and chairs to accommodate a sit down meal. Do they have Thai cooks? No they don't! I would call this a Western style Thai food joint. No frills, but decent food. The prices aren't bad either! Would I return for another meal? Sure I would! I live here in Maricopa and I appreciate new additions to the restaurant scene! We need it! read more

Happy TC2G has come to Maricopa. This place is great. Several different items to try and several different ways depending on what protein you want to try tofu chicken shrimp or pork. What's great is you can have different spice levels and add different veggies. We tried the Massaman Curry, pineapple fried rice, and Thai chow mein. Let me tell you, I'm a Thai food fanatic. My favorite place is a sit-down restaurant in Tempe, but when I don't want to make the drive, the Thai food here is great for fast food. It's delicious and the helpings are large. I wish the "Thai hot" was actually "Thai Hot" and not ... eh... Mild/Medium at best for someone that enjoys Spicy Thai food. The real reason for today's review, though, is for Audrey and Serenity. I was having issues ordering on the App, so I called the store, and Serenity helped me out with getting the order placed through the app (the app wasn't telling me which item in my cart was out of stock, and she was able to fix the issue and navigate around it). Then, Audrey called me and offered me an alternative noodle type for a dish that I requested "no noodles, gluten allergy" on. In reality, I'm on Keto, but it seems sometimes other restaurants don't take you seriously when you say "no [starchy goodness], i'm on a diet", but if you say "allergy alert" they actually respect your wishes. Audrey had a good chuckle when I told her my reasoning, and she whisked the order away to get it fulfilled.
