Yummy ramen noodles in Maricopa I was excited to see and try this restaurant we live in Long Beach but have family in town and this spot exceeded our expectations. The pork belly was generous and delicious pieces. Broth was savory and not overwhelmingly spicy they also give you a scale so you can pick how much spice you want. Service was quick and friendly, way down right away and was offered extra dips and Togo containers for everything! I would definitely recommend and come back again. The spot has plenty of seating and is family friendly for sure !

We moved to Maricopa 1 year ago and tried this place for the first time this evening! The weather was cold and rainy so Ramen sounded like a good dinner! The food was delicious! I custom made a ramen with a spice level of 2, my husband did the same for his seafood! The flavor of both items and spice level was perfect! Spicy enough for a good flavor but not too spicy where it would be unenjoyable! I hope this place gets a lot my business, its really a hidden gem.

Staff were friendly and kind. Ambience was clean & calming. I enjoyed the look and authentic music. Food was fantastic!! I Really enjoyed the Ramen and potstickers.

2 orders of Ramen was really good This time around unfortunately the pad Thai was watery and lacked flavor also was nearly 30 minutes past the pick up timer From their website. Service was slow Quiet and respectful atmosphere We will be back. The Cajun boil looks like it's grown popular since the last time we were here

For Maricopa locals, it's worth a try. My friend and I met here for lunch the other day to catch up. My friend had been here previously, but said during that time, the food was not all that great. Not sure if they went under new management or made changes based on customer reviews, but my friend said some changes were definitely made because the food was a lot tastier this time around. I'd hate to provide a review on my entree because it would be based on the fact that I'm not a fan of curry. I only ordered this meal because it was the only thing on the menu that sounded appealing to me. I also thought I'd give curry another chance, but once again, I was not feeling it. I'd say, if you like Pad Thai noodles and curry, this is your go to entree. Sorry I could not help. My friend ordered the ramen with beef and I have to say, I should have ordered that. He allowed me to have a taste, in which I was very impressed. It was very tasty along with the sauce and beef. This will be my go to if I go back. As for the appetizers, they were pretty good! My friend was very satisfied with the fried chicken wings. When he came here prior to their changes, he said the fried chicken used to be super greasy, making them unbearable to eat. This time around, he said they were not greasy, better yet, they were extra crispy and juicy. He even told the waiter that he was pleased by how well they were made. I had some of the potstickers and they were very good, especially with the sauce. I will definitely order these again.

Tonkotsu ramen & xiao long dumplings (non soup dumplings with chili oil sauce on side)

So far so yummy! I ordered the xiao long dumplings & ramen. I was expecting the dumplings to be a soup dumpling with the name but they were still delicious and came with a sauce on the side. & for the ramen it was the tonkotsu, which was fabulous! Chili oil could've been spicier. Service was attentive, we ordered the dumplings first and it came out the same time as ramen. Next time I'd try a boil bag, it looked delicious

Only ramen place in town and I will say it was actually good. It's not the greatest ramen place ever but it's good enough lol. The sides we got were good and the ramen was good as well. The service we received was very nice and we were well taken care of. If we aren't willing to drive out of town for ramen, we would probably come back here since it's way closer.

Passion fruit tea with passion fruit boba was delicious!
    Yvonne D.

Restaurant was clean, food came out quickly, service was pleasant, and ramen was absolutely delicious. Prices were decent (in this economy) for two bowls of ramen and one boba drink (about $43, not including tip) so I wouldn't mind returning every now and then. We really enjoy good ramen and that's exactly what we got, so it was worth every penny for me and my boy.

Came in 7/31/26, and I got the Creamy Tonkotsu, which is limited edition until end of August. It was really good, with the creamy and fatty rich broth. I like the veggie they put on top of it as well. During lunch time there are 3 types of ramen you can get for $18/bowl, which comes with the crispy rice tuna appetizer. The crispy rice tuna was delicious. The tuna tasted fresh and I like the texture of the chewy crispy rice. Also tried Jinya chicken ramen: the chicken broth was delicious. I tried the Tonkotsu red. It's nice that you get to choose the spicy level from 1 to 10. I got a medium maybe a 5 or 6, which was perfect. I love all the eggs in ramen that it's soft boiled and gooey on the inside and has a light flavor on the outside. Overall Jinya is definitely a staple whenever I crave ramen!

The music set a fun vibe, and the service was nice and attentive. We ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen ($12.50) and sake bombs with House Sake ($3) and Kirin Light ($7.50). I loved that the sake came in a clear tokkuri. The ramen was soo delicious. I added some chili oil to my broth to give it some spice. The spice is one of those that slowly creeps up on you, but doesn't linger too long. The chashu pork was thin and savory. I usually don't enjoy bean sprouts, but here they were subtle and added a pleasant texture to the ramen. I also love that they included the naruto fish cake. I think what makes this place stand out is that at this price point, quality ramen like this is rare to find nowadays. I would consider this place a hidden gem and definitely recommend it if you are near the area. I look forward to eating it again!

Craving Noodles and bookmarked Daruma Ramen based on Elite & All Star reviews by Betty j., Kendall N., Lucy L., and Samantha N thank-you guys! Parking 4/5 The restaurant is small and located on the west end of the strip mall. Arrived approximately 3pm. Not a peak meal time the parking lot was very busy due to numerous business in the strip mall sharing the parking lot. A few trips around the lot snagged up a spot as someone was leaving. Atmosphere 4/5 Rating based on a small kitchen/Dining room business. Approximately 8-10 two seat tables. TV on the wall no decor, clean and sufficient. Service 5/5 Service today was by Mireya. She asked if this was our first visit, which it was and she thoughtfully covered their menu by reviewing starters, salad, Roman and noodles dishes like Yukasoba as well as beverages. The shared sampling order: 1green Tea. 1 Hot Tea. 1 Cucumber salad (shareable size). 1 Yukasoba. 1 Sapporo Meso Butter Ramen. 1 Spicy #5 Mayu Tonkotsu Ramen. Mireya got our orders in, and returned with the drinks and cucumber salad. The entrees came out in succession and the table filled quickly! She was very organized checked on us frequently and also had to go containers ready when we called it quits. An almost complete Yukasoba and half a Ramen came home. Food 10/5 Everything was fresh and delicious. I've never been to or had Ramens like this before. Amazing would be an understatement. The broth in the spicy dish was I would enjoy by itself. Spicy #5 was mild by my standards and wouldn't mind a bit more heat. The noodles were very nice and the cabbage was cut to size and skillet browned slightly before adding it into the dish. Mushroom added great texture and flavor. Both Ramens came with pork which was two thinly sliced pork chops. They were tender and took on some of the broths flavor, the pork quality was excellent! The Yukasoba is something I have fairly often however theirs was the best I've experienced. The pork was different in this dish, small diced pieces and the texture was soft perhaps a lower quality of meat with higher fat content which really excelled in the Yukasoba. The restaurant appeared busy all hours and had a continuous stream departures and arrivals. It fair to say the restaurant is small, a bit difficult to find your first visit and it may not be glamorous but you would miss out on some special food if you didn't give them a try! This was a great experience for us and we will be back. Daruma Ramen my friends-SYOY!

Interesting concept of order, pay, take number and sit. It will be interesting to see how that works when it's busy. Food cane pretty quick, and my ramen presentation was nice. Mixed the extra chilli and broth had little kick but not extra spicy. Ramen noodle was pretty tasty and chewy. Portion could have been little bit bigger but not too bad. Edamame was same ole same ole nothing out of the ordinary. Chicken karaage was bit disappointing, portion was pretty good but then chicken was soggy and didn't care for all the sweet sauce that was on it. My friend complained that her shoyu ramen was very salty. So I tasted the broth and it was little on the salty side. Over all food was not bad but I had a higher expectation. Definitely was not good enough for me to return.
