We have been going to this place for years, and the quality of food and service is consistently good. Today I tried the black pepper angus steak, and the mushroom chicken which is a regular of mine. The pepper steak was delightful and seasoned well, and the mushroom chicken was great as expected. I ordered my plate with a side of super greens- it's my favorite thing ever when they cook the veggies until they're super soft- but bright and crunchy is good too. The manager and their staff need to be turned over. This place has the worst customer service period. You're in food service, not letting me do everything we can to steal your money and not give you your order. An online order was paid for, went to pick it up and first, they didn't have an order with the name provided. So we give the order number and they still didn't want to make the order. They told us "You can go thru the drive-thru, you have to come in". Then inside we were told the order we made and had evidence of thru the panda express app was not real. My wife and I would eat at Panda Express once every two weeks. Two weeks ago, I went in and ordered Orange Chicken with white rice and my order. When I got home (almost 1/2 an hour later) they had given my wife fried rice and the chicken tasted burned. We called the store about this issue and they asked for the receipt information and said they would put her name on a book. All we needed to do was come in and give her name, and they would replace it. Tonight, we went there and asked for our replacement item. I asked if they could just bring it to my vehicle and was told no, I would just have to wait outside the door and peer through the window and wait until my food was out on the table. After having to ask a million questions to figure out what was going on, it was revealed that the restaurant was OUT OF RICE. They have my name, number, and email address on file. Someone should have reached out to me and alerted me to the fact that 1) My order had not been made, and 2) They were OUT OF RICE. When we asked for a refund, we were told we had to do it ourselves. This isn't the 1st time this has happened and their "tracking" system is awful!!! Update: After 20 min, I went inside to complain. I cancelled my order and got a refund. Living in Maricopa as some of you may know, your late night food options are limited. Tonight, my wife and I went out to get food at Panda for my mother-in-law who had been sick these past few days with a limited appetite. We pull into the drive-thru around 9:15PM, which was 15 minutes prior to closing. My mother-in-law wanted us to get her a Panda Bowl with Kung Pao Chicken with chow mein. So I ordered the bowl and the lady in the drive-they told us that there would be an 8 minute wait on the Kung Pao and wanted to make sure if we were okay with the wait for the food. Of course we were fine with waiting because we were getting this for my mother-in-law and wanted to make sure she got what she wanted. So as we pull up to the drive-thru window, the worker at the window asked us again if we wanted to wait still for the Kung Pao informing us of the 8 minute wait for it. Of course we said the wait would be fine because the food was for my mother-in-law. We pay for our food and the drive-thru worker asks us to pull our vehicle in the front of the restaurant to wait for our food. A few short minutes later, a worker brings out our food. We get home with the food, my mother-in-law comes out of her room after being in bed all day looking forward to eating a delicious meal. After a few bites, my mother-in-law tells us that the food is extremely spicy. I look at her bowl and there was literally over a dozen szechuan chili pepper pods in her little bowl! I feel like this was done out of spite ordering food close to closing time but still doing something like this! Someone could seriously get sick from all those peppers. This was absolutely blasphemous! All those peppers ruined my mother-in-law's meal and we had to go out and get her something else to eat.
