I am nursing a slip and fall shoulder injury which has me compensating and over-compensating with all kinds of consequences for my muscles. I booked a 2 hour massage that turned out to be the best deep-tissue massage I've ever had, with a very committed and über competent masseuse named Sofia. She was thoughtful, kind, and very good at taking care of my muscles! After reading several reviews, I decided to book my husband and I a 60 minute combo for today. 30 minutes foot and 30 minutes body. First impressions were great as the spa is clean and inviting. I noticed that they are taking extra precautions for the Covid pandemic. We were put into a private room that was clean and relaxing. We were provided with bottled water and mints. They soaked our feet in warm water and covered us with towels. The massage was incredible. Heaven. Amazing. Wonderful. We will definitely be back. Tipped in cash and plan on bringing all cash next time. You can pay with card but they do charge a $1 fee. The staff was super friendly and not pushy at all. read more

Four months of a contentious divorce melted under Teson's hands. I did a 70 minute foot/body combo. His warm hands were strong, but not overly so. He worked out kinks and stretched my muscles. He definitely knows foot reflexology. Best massage--ever. Thank you. You now have a devoted client. If you like a strong massage, please ask for him. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a quieter lobby without a dinging doorbell :D read more

AMAZING. From beginning to end. My boyfriend and I called ahead 10 minutes before we walked in and requested a room together and they were ready for us as soon as we got there. So clean and the staff was so welcoming. The sheets and towels were so clean as well as the floors and carpets. I had Johnny and I requested a low pressure massage as I cannot handle pain and he accommodated to make it the most relaxing massage- meanwhile my boyfriend was tended to by Wendy for a deep tissue massage- he really enjoyed it as he had had back pain for a couple weeks. You can tell by the owner's response exactly the type of service you will get at her establishment. Pro Tip: Customer service means ownership of the feedback that you receive from your clients. The fact remains that my service from your establishment was poor and of course I have no intention on returning. Feel free try it out for yourself if my review doesn't seem credible. I'm embarrassed that I even went here. Massage was really painful and they tried to make me leave an even bigger tip, after I had already left a 25% tip. Hubby thought the massage was mediocre as well. I wanted to like this place, since they're right up the street and I wanted more of a massage than a spa experience. We called and the lady was sweet enough to get us right in. We took advantage of the Mother's Day special and really enjoyed our foot massage, scrub and body massage. The owner seemed very genuine in making sure we were taken care of and happy. Amazing massages! My boyfriend and I came here and they got us right in and were even able to put us in a couples massage room. This is a Chinese massage so this won't be the typical massage you might be used to. Things to know before coming here: 1. They cover you with towels, not a bedsheet so during the massage your "goods" might not always be fully covered. If you're conservative at all I'd recommend keeping your underwear on for the massage. We didn't have ours on, not really knowing what we were in for, but it didn't bother us at all. And underwear would probably get in the way. 2. Medium pressure might be the most intense pressure you've ever experienced in your life. These women are STRONG AF!! 3. There's a small fee ($1-2) to use a credit card. So bring cash if you want to skip that. Highly recommend this place if you need actual work done on your muscles! We didn't even have to tell them the places we needed more focus on- my back was really terribly sore and his legs were. Without saying anything they focused on the right areas. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. read more

I just got the BEST massage ever!!! I have had massages at the Four Seasons, the Ritz Carlton, The Red Door, etc. And I have had massages in many places including: Beijing, Bali, Hong Kong, Miami, Costa Rica, Grand Cayman, San Francisco, Bangkok....the list goes on. This was by far the best massage I have ever had! I requested the deep tissue massage and it was very similar to a traditional Thai massage. I have back pain from multiple herniated discs, ruptured discs and fractures to three vertebrae in my lower back. I really don't know how they knew exactly where to massage since I didn't tell them about my pain and injuries. I think they must have medical training because they massaged every place that hurt. I left with much more mobility in my upper back and neck. (By the way, deep tissue massage is intense but it should not be painful so let them know if it hurts - you don't want to make things worse!) This was a terrible experience. When I asked for deep tissue, I was told that is $10 extra. The lady that started my massage made and received phone calls while in the room. She left the room several times and leaving the door open while I was uncovered, brought in another lady to take over the massage and had a full on conversation in the room while I laid there. The second lady re-massaged the same area until I told her it had already been done. When it came time to pay. I paid 20% tip and the lady behind the counter demanded I give her $20 which would have been an almost 40% tip. It was very uncomfortable. I will not return. read more

This place is awful. The man that gave me my massage was particularly rough on me and used a lot of elbows when I specifically asked him to stop doing that multiple times. When I went to pay the woman at the counter asked how it was. I said it was good because I felt bad about not liking it and didn't want to be rude, but then she took my receipt from me and handed it back and told me to tip more if it was good. I was shocked. First experience here and it was terrible! A friend recommended to me and I won't be returning! The person doing my massage was pleasant but the owner needs to work on her customer service skills. She first told me they don't "accept debit cards" then tells me after I told her I didn't have a credit card to charge on file that she would charge me $1 to use my debit card. She also asked me how much I would like to tip and proceeded to explain to me that I should tip more when I tipped what I THOUGHT was necessary. Anna was amazing! This was the best massage I've had in a LONG time. After an inadvertent ski fall, I woke up in a lot of pain and needed a massage. I found Li Massage and throughly I'd give it a try. Anna intuitively knew where to focus and prioritised her time on the areas of pain and tightness (without event needing to tell her). After going to fancy spa's (Bilss in NYC) and (Equinox in Century City), Anna was by far a more talented therapist than I saw in these fancy locations and at $85 for 90 minutes, you can't beat the price either. We went in on Friday for 2 massage 80 dollar special. Was super painful, when asked if we wanted deep tissue for 10 dollar more we said no. It was still very painful massage and was rushed. So trust me when I say that this place is a gem! I get massages often from all the best places. This place is clean with private rooms and you can't beat the price. I had a 2 hour deep tissue massage because my neck and back were killing me. She dug for gold and found it. Ilene is the one who did me today and it was a treat. She got all the nooks and crannies. My massage included the hot stone and she finished with the feet. Cece and her staff were INCREDIBLE! I have never had such a HEALING experience as when my husband and I came here. In ONE massage session she was able to help injuries from over 20 years ago. It was painful in the moment but she knew and assured me I would be glad I did it and I am! I have suffered from lower disk and back pain resulting from a pretty serious cat accident. I have been to chiropractors with no avail and never allowed someone to massage my lower back until I met Cece. She has been trained by Chinese Dr's who specialized in healing massages. I absolutely loved my massage, I had a 90 minute session 30 minutes of foot massage which included a foot soak and scrub. Then onto the 60 minute body massage I've had many massages and this was definitely up there with the best. Many people have said that it is a no frill spa which is true, but I don't want to pay for all the frills, I just want a great massage which is what I got. Don't be fooled by their low prices on the massage menu - they expect you to pay 50% tip. I was checking out after massage & the lady showed their tip chart like, excuse me don't you see this? I was thinking that's very unprofessional & what a turn off when somebody is telling me how much courtesy I have to pay.
