I explained to her the conversation I had with Kirsten earlier that day. She flippantly replied "Kristens out to lunch" I asked her to look and see what the charge was for. She said she didn't know. I said can you look at my chart and see why there's a difference? Her response was "you know, if you weren't so short with me I could work with you on it" I was shocked that any personnel would treat a patient that way. Can't tell me what the fees for, but if SHE liked me she could reduce it. They need to get rid of her...

We had a really disappointing experience trying to establish care with this pediatric clinic. As…read morenew patients, we had to reschedule our initial appointment twice -- once due to illness (which feels completely reasonable for a pediatric office) and again due to a scheduling conflict. When I called to reschedule, I was told they would no longer accept us as patients. For a clinic that serves children, the lack of understanding and flexibility was honestly shocking. Things come up, especially with young kids, and we expected a bit more compassion and professionalism. This experience left a very negative first impression. Would NOT recommend this facility! Yikes. Please do better for your community. I am speechless.

They provide toys in the waiting room and even in the appointment rooms. They are kind. Dr. Ng is absolutely wonderful. She takes her time and is thorough but never leaves you waiting for her. She always brings a book for our child to take home. It has been my experience at other facilities that even if the front desk gets you in your room on time, you are left waiting on the Doctor. This is not the with Dr. Ng. She respects your time and never keeps us waiting while still giving our children the attention they deserve. She takes notes and is clearly up to date and remembers specific details about your family household. I would recommend this facility for your children! I hope they continue to provide this level of care and professionalism throughout the childhood of our children. Thank you everyone!

So many dr offices around here don't seem to be able to make that happen. Also the staff- from receptionists, billing, nurses etc have always been personable, professional and very attentive. The level of care and concern they have for their patients and families is beyond compare and have earned a very appreciative and loyal family here (w 3 kids). So, we had a handful of shots needed for one of the kiddos, and after expressing concerns of past febrile seizures we came up w a plan to only do 2 or so at a time over the course of a few months. The Drs don't ever push things on parents and talk treatments, diagnoses, and ideas through to formulate the best plan for each kid/family. That's something that needs to be common in medical practice but sadly is lacking...but not at kids clinic, that is the standard. The staff truly care about their patients.

So, if you have a kid who may be, don't go. Also, Brenda is the nurse and office mgr., and has weird power issues likely because of her relationship with R.D. (unless it also just happens just be her charming personality). I tried to discuss the situation after bringing my kids here for almost 20 years in total, and she ended up yelling, rather than just apologizing. Hence, the review. God forbid she de-escalate after making a kid cry. I use to have to argue to have my middle child seen knowing my child's "tells" for an ear infection, vs. Brenda's "experience." Power issues are incredibly problematic in a medical facility. I was never incorrect and my daughter eventually needed tubes. Cute office, and surface level care is great, but much of the staff should retire or update their view of the world and realize the gaslight approach in medicine is antiquated. They were great in the mid 2000's, but, you may reconsider if you have any real concerns.

Didnt want to even try to figure out what the problem was. Cora Haze is the only one that stuck with it and worked day after day, month after month, year after year to figure out my issues. I'm amazed that she takes time to really listen while also running on time most days. My 4 year old and I both see her and love her. I feel far more comfortable talking with her than any provider in the past. Very thoughtful and I trust her opinion. My husband was an EMT and is not an easy dad to please - he like her too.
