Kim and Dave are the two finest real estate professionals I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in 58 years of living. They are simply amazing. I've sold 7 homes in my lifetime and over the years have been consistently disappointed in the agents I have hired. Most of them only cared about the commission and seemed to have a genuine dislike for everyone involved in the transaction. Not, so with Kim and Dave. They really are different than the run of the mill agent. They never gave up and just kept working hard for me, looking for that one buyer that would appreciate what our home had to offer. I really felt like I was Kim and Daves only client, even though you can see by their reviews, they have so many it's hard to count. Their skill level is a 10 (Kim knows the fine details inside out) ... their ability to understand their clients needs is a 10 ... attention to detail is a 10 (Kim and Dave did not make a single mistake or error) and negotiating skills a 10 (best negotiating team ever). And fair negotiators ... making sure both sides got what they want and needed. I think that's important, because if you take short cuts and don't make sure everyone is happy, your deal is prone to collapse at the worst possible moment. I would never even consider using another agent or team of agents. If I moved to the Alaska, I would ask Kim to get licensed there so she could handle the transaction for me. The highest recommendation possible. There is no way you would be disappointed with Kim and Dave. The only reason someone in Scottsdale would hire someone else is that they weren't lucky enough to read all these truthful reviews.

Shopping for my second home, I absolutely dreaded it and was expecting it to be a similar nightmare. Lo and behold, Those Callaways took every step of the process and made it as crystal clear or as smooth as possible. I actually enjoyed buying my home and am happy that I did it. He wasn't perfect, but he was there for me each step of the way. Cons: I didn't get to work with Donna start to finish. These folks have a weird set up where your agent, isn't your agent. One person shows you house, she goes away then someone else does paperwork, they go away then someone else comes in for negotiations, then their is field agents for inspections and walk through a, and then there is...well you get it. All in 4-6 different people to buy 1 house, apart from title company, lender etc. just not for me. Another con is the joker/lender the recommended at first. I talk to him, he says he'll email me, never does, I call, I email him, I email again, a week later when I call the Calloways for a replacement he finally calls me and says "oh I delegated that, did no one contact you" pfffft lol great lender, delegate me and a 900k loan to some lackey before we even start...um no. So in a nut shell, if you want a relationship with an Agent, these guys n gals aren't set up for you....just want to get a house sold in hurry, yeah I might call them. You probably won't feel like these folks are 'for' you...but they do know real estate. Update; just bumped them up two stars...3 days after close the A/C went out...Joe & JoAnn got involved and got the home warranty company to step in and resolve the issue.
