I paid an arm and a leg for the services and i felt like the quality could have been better. First off, for my pedicure I wanted to get a white sparkly polish for my toes and chose it from the book... no one warned me that they put a white coat under the samples in the book, so the polish came out a very sheer grey and not at all like the book showed. The lady doing my pedicure was nice and the calf and foot treatments were good, plus there was a massage chair. As for my finger nails, the person doing my nails was not all that friendly, he handled my hands pretty roughly, demanded that i leave my nails as long as he had them (which ended up looking good but some more explanation would have been nice), and would lightly hit each finger with the nail file when he wanted me to put it down, which i felt came off a little rude. I was also disappointed by the fact that there was multiple parts of the nails that were missing polish (like the very top and sides) and he left a large build up of some sort of acrylic powder or something underneath the nail which really bothered me. I would have gone back in and asked for it to get fixed but unfortunately i did it the day before my wedding and didn't have time to go back and fix it. I am a big believer in "you get what you pay for" and i think if my total had been lower i wouldn't have been so frustrated, but because it was SO pricey, i think the attention to detail and service should have been better.

Lisa has been doing my nails off and on for years. I highly recommend her; I wouldn't trust my nails to anyone else. I neglected my nails for a couple of years so when I started coming to Lisa again this year, my nails and cuticles were a mess. She is nursing my weak nails and dried out cuticles back to health. Lisa has an number of older clients who, like me, have weak nails due to the aging process. It is reassuring that she knows how to care for "old" nails. Lisa loves color and has the wider selection of polish colors than most nail techs. If you want to have the hottest new nail colors, come to Lisa! She has a super comfortable zero gravity chair so when you get a pedicure from Lisa, you get the full spa treatment. Not only is Lisa an extremely knowledgeable and skilled nail tech, she is also a loving caring fun person and a dear friend and confidante. I arrive early at 445 knowing I'm early, they don't greet me or offer anything that I notice they offer the other women. A couple of us stay but it is now past 530 and I've asked multiple times as there is zero urgency through the shop to make sure the group waiting for their 5pm appointment if they have an eta on when they plan to start. At that point they rush me to a pedicure station where I waited another 10 min so all in all I've not even stated my services until almost 6. I end up getting a pedicure (which was an after thought) as I needed my nails done by 630 no one has even started on my hands and I felt there was zero sense of care for my time or any one else's so I let my toes dry and I left. I will say I've lived in scottsdale for 14 years and this was the worst service & experience I've had at a salon ever. They tried to stop me at the door when I was getting up to tell me I had my nails to get done and I stated I had dinner plans at 7 this shouldn't of taken almost 2 hours for a subpar pedicure. Again been in scottsdale 14 years frequent the area often. Very disappointed in the energy and all around care they had for me. Maybe it's me for many reason they didn't care as this was in a different area and definitely had a different vibe inside the salon when I walked in.
