Carol was incredible! When trying to find my disabled mother a nail salon so that she could get a pedicure, I called over 20 places in the valley. Carol's set up was perfect for my mom. She was able to sit in a recliner and get her toes done. Carol was patient, welcoming, warm and friendly. My mom has dementia so new environments can be troubling. The Nail Lady is a great place. I love that it's small and quiet. Open as early as 7 am is great. Can go before work. I like that she only takes one client at a time so that she can really focus on one person. I want to take my fiancé here. I had emailed Carol earlier in the week to see if she had any openings for a pedicure. She promptly responded but unfortunately our schedules didn't match up. I emailed her again this morning to see if she had a 515pm appt and she responded with "what about 545?" On her website it says she closes at 6pm so I'm assuming she graciously offered to stay late for me. I ended up getting to her salon a bit early and Carol was able to see me right away. Immediately upon walking in to her salon, you feel comfortable. Carol is extremely kind and truly passionate about her job. For the next 50 min, I got an amazing pedicure. We are visiting for a week's vacation, and I am thrilled to have found The Nail Lady. I had a manicure which was professionally done plus Carol is such a compassionate person. I felt so well cared for and booked a pedicure for both my husband and I. The pedicure was very relaxing and my feet look and feel great. My husband has had pedicures in the past but is not a fan. He jerks his feet and generally acts like he is not happy! Carol listened to his concerns and gave him the best pedicure ever! She expertly and painlessly took care of the ingrown toenails too.
