I got my nails done here for my wedding and I have some very mixed reviews on it…read more I ended up getting a pedicure (the classic) and a full acrylic set (french tip and chrome). I paid an arm and a leg for the services and i felt like the quality could have been better. First off, for my pedicure I wanted to get a white sparkly polish for my toes and chose it from the book... no one warned me that they put a white coat under the samples in the book, so the polish came out a very sheer grey and not at all like the book showed. The lady doing my pedicure was nice and the calf and foot treatments were good, plus there was a massage chair. As for my finger nails, the person doing my nails was not all that friendly, he handled my hands pretty roughly, demanded that i leave my nails as long as he had them (which ended up looking good but some more explanation would have been nice), and would lightly hit each finger with the nail file when he wanted me to put it down, which i felt came off a little rude. I was also disappointed by the fact that there was multiple parts of the nails that were missing polish (like the very top and sides) and he left a large build up of some sort of acrylic powder or something underneath the nail which really bothered me. I would have gone back in and asked for it to get fixed but unfortunately i did it the day before my wedding and didn't have time to go back and fix it. I am a big believer in "you get what you pay for" and i think if my total had been lower i wouldn't have been so frustrated, but because it was SO pricey, i think the attention to detail and service should have been better.
