First, I have to express my gratitude & respect for Dr. Lisa Hwang for her expertise, gentle care throughout the process, eye for details and is no doubt the whole package. I have been interested in a breast augmentation along with other breast changes for years as no matter what I did with my yo-yo weight loss journey my breasts remained to be a big concern. Last year, I was at a point of frustration with my breasts and pulled info for 2 surgeons. Two appointments were made with both surgeons and fortunately, the first appointment was scheduled with Dr. Lisa Hwang. I was nervous and anxious but I was ready for a change. Surgery Day - I was ready! I was excited and had anxiety, too. Once Dr. Hwang walked into the room, I became calm and relieved where she started to outline my breasts for surgical prep. I had confidence in Dr Hwang's attention to detail and she truly understood what I wanted in the final results and executed it on point. Post Surgery - I will not lie that I was in discomfort, cried, struggled and hated most my restricted sleep position as part of the healing process but had to follow through on doctors instructions. Dr. Hwang was amazing. We were communicating daily via text and via the secure web platform where I uploaded breast pics, too. I felt I was in genuine care with Dr. Hwang and her responses were exactly what I needed - prompt, thoughtful, thorough and clear. I did experience a hiccup in the healing process for a breast a few weeks post surgery which is not uncommon and had to undergo a mini surgery to remedy the issue which was completed in her office. After this procedure, the healing went much more smoothly and without altering the breast aesthetic too much for it to be noticeable. It's 7 months post surgery and I'm so pleased with the final results and so is my longtime boyfriend, too! I'm so happy and in I love that my breasts have enhanced my body silhouette. Where do I even begin? I truly believe there are no words to express how happy, comfortable and confident Dr. Hwang has made me feel! I started looking for doctors in December for my breast augmentation, but couldn't commit due to my own fears. Even if I was only searching. After I turned 29 in March I knew I wanted it. Honestly, I don't remember falling asleep or even her operating lol. When I woke up the nurse told me... your husband is outside and waiting for you. Day 0 I was comfortable. Today, is day 1 and I'm still comfortable. I'm able to walk to the restroom with little to no assistance. Dr. Hwang is an amazing doctor! Highly recommend! I recently contacted Dr. Hwang for buccal fat removal to slim down my cheeks. I have been thinking about this procedure for a long time and was very ready to move forward. Dr. Hwang saw that and was able to fit me in ASAP which I thought was amazing and exactly what I wanted. I contacted several other doctors but found that there was a disconnect since I was never able to speak to the actual doctor - only the receptionists. Even when I had specific surgical questions, I was still only ever connected to the receptionists. Dr. Hwang connected to me directly and answered any of my concerns and texts within minutes! I found that important, since she was the one operating. She was very knowledgeable and also recommended other procedures that could aid in slimming down my face, just in case I didn't want to go the surgical route. This review is overdue. I was pleasantly surprised when the Dr reached out to me herself for our initial consult. She was very open, fair and patient with my incessant questions. I was so grateful for her approachable manner and her promptness with returning my calls, texts or emails. Unfortunately due to some personal circumstances I had to postpone my surgery with her. She has gone out of her way to help me with this and I really appreciate it! Honesty, transparency and open communication are qualities that I look for in a good physician . Where should I start . . . . Dr Lisa Hwang has been 5 starts from beginning to end. I previously had another surgeon scheduled to preform my lower body lift but Dr. Hwang had an opening and was offered to me. After looking her up a instantly felt like it would be a better fit. My first meet with her was exactly what I expected, she made me feel such at ease and answered all my questions. Her office is beautifully set up and has such a women's touch. She made couple of changes to my previously planned surgery and I'm so glad she did. The day of surgery I was so calm and excited, she took her time marking me as the perfectionist she, she wanted to make sure she marked everything just right. After 8 hours of surgery woke up feeling with some pain but as expected. Post op Dr. Hwang has been changing in with phone calls and text messages. She is absolutely AMAZING I can't thank her enough for changing my life. After loosing 150lbs I was left with huge amount of skin and she took the challenge and perfected it to beyond my expectation. I am incredibly happy with the service and results I received from Dr Lisa Hwang. I had an upper and lower lid surgery (Blepharoplasty) as well as a scar revision/new implants Several years ago, I had my implants removed from a different surgeon as they were rather large for my stature. When removing the implants, they left a very unfavorable scars as well as a lack of fullness - they seemed a bit concave, especially the top of my breasts. I hated how they looked, especially in a swim suit. Dr Hwang not only fixed my scars, she also spent a great deal of time talking to me about fat transfer vs implants. My original thought was to have a fat transfer rather than another implant however, after spending a great deal of time with me, and discussing the pros and cons of fat transfer vs implants, I decided to move forward with the implants. She was able to show me what the result would look like using 3-D imagery which helped me decided the size. She is an excellent listener and perfectionists! She delivered exactly what I wanted, and I couldn't be happier! Eye surgery - needless to say, I was extremely apprehensive to have the surgery but knew it was time. I was very thorough in my expectation in explaining that I was after a slight tweak/natural look, by removing the fat pads under my eyes and the extra skin in my folds. The recovery is a lot longer than anticipated however, each day I can see the bruising and swelling improving. Again, she is a perfectionists. I've already referred her patients who thought my eyes looked fantastic and I'm not at 100%. I'd use her over and over again! read more

I had liposuction done to my entire midsection and it's only been a week and its a HUGE difference already. She is so considerate, caring, accommodated the schedule that worked for me. I am so thankful for that. Not only she made my stomach smooth, but she also gave it a shape that I could never imagine. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and after my consultation I felt that I had I found the right doctor. I was very confident that the results would be exactly what I was looking for. After my surgery Dr. Hwang was very caring and explain with the next few weeks we're going to look like as far as my recovery. She was very accessible and that made me feel at ease. A month after my surgery the pandemic hit. Everything was shut down. I was concerned that I would not be able to consult with the doctor during my recovery. That was completely opposite of what happened. Dr. Hwang would check up on me and if I had any questions she could always be reached via email or text and would respond within hours.
