Amazing experience from start to finish! Went to Dr. Z for a breast augmentation and didn't come into it with much knowledge. She answered all my questions during my consult, helped me pick the best size implant for my body frame, and even jumped on a call with me 2 days before surgery to make sure I was confident in the implant size I chose. She recommended Preserve breast augmentation and I am SOOOO pleased with every aspect of the surgery. Surgery day was a BREEZE! The entire team was amazing - shoutout to Dr. Z, Freddy, Marcia, and Dr. Cellar! They were all so attentive, warm, friendly, and proffessional! Surgery was only an hour and I was under twilight anasthesia so I took a light nap for most of it and was able to wake up and talk to the surgical team towards the end of the procedure. They sat me up immediately and I got to look at my new additions. Wheeled me into recovery and I stayed there for about 30 min until I was able to go home. Again, the entire surgical team was so kind and kept me company while in recovery. I was able to get up and go on a walk just a few hours after surgery, I was eating normal, didnt feel completely groggy like with general anasthesia. I had a bit more pain day 2 but the team at Aesthetx was so attentive and texted me back immediately with answers to any questions I had about medications or pain levels. By 1 week post op I felt completely back to normal, even did a workout around day 10! Dr. Zeidler is a hero to me. She was extraordinarily patient as I went through my decision-making process about having breast augmentation and liposuction surgeries. My process lasted several years and included multiple consultations. (At no point did I feel pressured into having surgery.) Part of my motivation for seeking out Dr. Zeidler was that I wanted to support her practice, once I learned that one of her specialties was breast reconstruction for women who have suffered from BRCA gene mutation and cancer. In hindsight, I think that this ended up benefiting me, because some techniques that normally might be employed in reconstruction were utilized in my surgery. Specifically, I had a subfascial placement with a durasorb mesh. I think that the mesh was one key to my fantastic outcome. I also think that going subfascial, instead of submuscular, allowed for an easy recovery as well as a natural-feeling result. In addition to my Sientra 305cc mod+ implants, I had fat transfer to my breasts, which I think helped in achieving nice cleavage and good symmetry. The whole process from start to my follow-up care was 5-star. Recovery was a piece of cake. My results were much better than I hoped for! I should mention: I am a transgender patient. Surgery was completely life-changing for me, in a very positive way. In my entire life, I was never happy about my body. After surgery, I have been instantly happy, every time that I look in the mirror, before I have time to even *think* about it. This aspect has been extremely affirmational to me, which has led to an increase in my day-to-day confidence. When I initially had my surgery quotation, I had some sticker-shock at the price. But now, a year after surgery, I believe that I received a tremendous value for the money that I spent. I certainly would do it over again, in a heartbeat. They took money for dishonest surgeries multiple times. Instead they forced us to sign a NDA and release from liability and lawsuit after they botched us badly and dumped their patients right after botched surgery with terrible complications. You don't need to look any further! Dr. Zeidler and her entire team are phenomenal! I had my first breast augmentation by Dr Berkowitz back in 2003. Since then I've had another baby and over the years my implants would start to flip. Sometimes getting stuck at 180° and other times 360°. You could feel and see the ripples when I bent over. I did not want the scars that came with a lift and decided to not move forward with the surgery in 2013 after seeing Dr Berkowitz again. After thinking about having a lift and implant replacement again, I began to do more research. Dr Zeidler's name came up through a referral so I went online and saw that she was in the same office as Dr Berkowitz. I was excited to hear that Dr Berkowitz was referring his patients to Dr Zeidler as he's now focusing on facial plastic surgeries. During my consultation, Dr Zeidler and her team took extra time to reassure me that the scar treatments have improved tremendously over the years. She told me about the Matrix that would be placed as an interior bra. Though I was hesitant to invest that kind of money into myself, major mom guilt, I was ready to schedule my lift and implant replacement. Leading up to my surgery, Shelley and Gigi always made me feel extremely comfortable and helped reassure me that I would be happy with my results with Dr Zeidler. Five star service from day one. I was sent home with a handwritten get well note card from Dr Z and her team from my surgery which I was highly impressed by. I've never heard of a doctor going above and beyond in such a caring way. Because I am now an out of state patient my pre-op appointments were virtual, I was able to fly home just four days after surgery and have had virtual appointments since. With the exception of my in person post op for my three month check up. My scars are very minimal just four months after surgery. I highly recommend you listen to the instructions given pre surgery and post. The silicone scar treatment "stickers" are my favorite. Put them on and leave them there unless you shower. Wearing them as much as possible, I believe has made my scars very minimal. Dr Z's perfection in making the incisions small and isometrical is mind blowing. My horrific experiences with Dr Zeidler... First I had a MACS lift with fat grafting, which left me with one cheek larger than the other. I later had gynecomastia surgery, in which she accidentally burned a hole in my chest that I could put my finger in and lift the muscle off of the rib cage, along with another 1inch ugly adhesion. The rhinoplasty done at that time left me with a droopy nose tip, like a wicked witch, and a hanging columella. The revision to that rhinoplasty not only left me with a much larger hanging columella, but also with difficulty in breathing, requiring me to use breathe right strips at night, and chronic congestion. And oh yeah, she shrank my previously large schnozz down to and almost petite size. Had another consultation with an ENT, and he said nothing can be done about it. I also entrusted her to do a neck lift, which has left my right ear numb, and a still quite painful neck from nerve damage after more than a year. During this surgery, she was supposed to take out the scar tissue from the burn and adhesion, but "forgot". I also had some liposuction around the chest, but now have an additional 4 scars where the cannula was placed. She sent me to her associate to laser the scars, but that did nothing, except drain me of another $300...on top of the approximately $50k I have spent there. And no, I'm not rich. Every time I flex my pecs, it looks like a muscle on an alien or something, my chest is grotesque from the disfiguring surgeries. Other reviewers here think she's great, and maybe for breast stuff she is, but my experience with her is that she is an exceedingly untalented surgeon bordering on incompetent. This has been a several year nightmare that has left me devastated. Please do not even think about letting Dr Zeidler near you. read more

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Z. I had a breast augmentation with fat transfer about 6 months ago now, and I am incredibly impressed and happy with the results. She has a Keen eye for detail, and has a very realistic aesthetic that her work produces. I wanted to go as large as possible without looking fake, and she made that happen. With the technology of fat transfer, she was able to create an incredibly realistic slope on the upper pole, and 'padded' the actual implant with fat, so they look, move, and feel real. Which they really do. I will likely be going in for a small revision, just to fine-tune the placement. But, otherwise, I adore them. My body confidence has never been this good. I had a slight tubularity deformity before, that was crushing to my confidence, but she made every sign of it disappear. I went from a 36A, to a 32/34 F/G. And they don't even look artificial at all, despite the size! Her bedside manner is impeccable. She is so sensitive and caring, on top of being an amazing artist in her field. I was always so insecure about this, and she made me feel at ease, and unjudged through the entire process. And another thing I respect her alot for~She literally said to me that she would never go bigger than what is both aesthetically pleasing to her, and safe to do. She really cares about both her quality of work, and the patient. All in all, Dr. Zeidler is the best surgeon I could have had done this for me. And I feel absolutely confident referring family and friends to her, even. Also, Alaina and Rose are so sweet! I can only repeat what the others have said. My husband refers to her as my rock-star plastic surgeon. Not only did she do an outstanding job, she was extremely nice and caring, and made the entire ordeal much easier because I had confidence in her. My surgery was on a Friday, and she came in on Saturday. I had countless appointments with her on Sundays. Even though she's super hard working she's always, always nice, and is always there for you when something isn't as expected. I knew I was in good hands when the nurse that checked me in for my mastectomy said that she had breast cancer as well, and that she wished she had done what I was about to do instead of her lumpectomy, because Dr. Zeidler was so outstanding. There were 7 months between my mastectomy to my reconstructive surgery, so that I could ski, heal, and get mentally ready for surgery again, and it all went extremely well. Just yesterday two ladies commented on my new "girls" and how beautiful they were. Yes, I wish I didn't have cancer, but no, I don't wish my old ones back. Nothing really I can do about the first, but I'm glad Dr. Zeidler did what she could to make sure my second decision was the right one for me. I had a full abdominoplasty with liposuction and muscle repair, and a breast lift with fat transfer about 8 weeks ago and I am ASTONISHED at how Dr Zeidler sculpted my body! Even though I'm still swollen the changes are amazing - she is an artist as well as a wonderful physician. Throughout this entire process I've felt so comfortable and supported by Dr Zeidler and the entire staff at Aesthetx. I needed to get my BMI down for surgery, but Dr Zeidler didn't simply tell me to diet - she recommended a wonderful, medically based weight loss program. Total support. I had a lot of anxiety about the surgery and she answered every question and addressed every fear, while letting me know my fears were totally normal but that everything would be fine. She's like your best girlfriend who just happens to be your cosmetic surgeon - she loves her work, she's amazingly skilled, and she so obviously wants the best for you, body and soul. I've enjoyed every visit with her! The surgery itself was incredibly comfortable and easy even though it was a 7 hour procedure. Dr. Zeidler is a GREAT plastic surgeon. She takes plenty of time to go over the options and procedure with you. She is kind and compassionate. She is beautiful too. The day of my surgery for a mastectomy and to start the reconstruction she came in before hand to reassure me. She also came by later in the day to check in on me and every day afterwards. On a Sunday I had a worry about some swelling and she called me right back and had me send her pictures so she could evaluate it. She scheduled to see me first thing Monday morning. Tuesday my drain was clogged and they had me come right in. They have always fit me in anytime I needed to be checked. I have always felt I could ask her anything and get a straight answer. After hearing rave reviews on Dr. Zeidler, I decided to go with her for breast reconstruction. Although my breasts are okay, I felt like the results fell short of the expectations Dr. Zeidler set for me preoperatively. Dr. Zeidler also failed to check in with me postoperatively, which was rather disappointing. She also took before pictures of my breasts, but never followed up with pictures after the reconstruction. I'm wondering now if she opted not to take afters because the results were subpar. Overall, not a great experience and I don't know that I would recommend her to others. read more

Dr. Zeidler performed my breast reconstruction after I had a double mastectomy. Because I had heard rave reviews from a few of Dr. Zeidler's other patients, I was confident in my decision to have Dr. Zeidler perform my reconstruction. However, I was underwhelmed with my results and the overall care I received from her. Not long after my surgery, my left breast felt firm and disproportionately painful compared to my right side. It turns out my breast had been infected, and, as a result, I was admitted to Good Sam for IV antibiotics. Dr. Zeidler's office was supposed to inform my oncologist of my admission, but when I followed up with my oncologist, he had no idea that I had been admitted. According to my cancer doctor, Dr. Zeidler had neglected to inform him of patients with post-op complications on numerous occasions. (Who knows, it may have been a glitch on the office's part, but it seems a little convenient that numerous cases of post-op complications were somehow not communicated to my oncologist). Dr. Zeidler did in fact stop by the hospital to check in with me, which I appreciated. However, the visit felt rushed and at the end of if I felt that she was irritated that I developed an infection, as if it could have been partially my fault. Despite these post-op setbacks, my breasts turned out fairly well-not perfect, but decent. Dr. Zeidler's staff was very kind, and I so appreciated the complementary facial that her amazing aesthetician provided. Based on all of these factors, I feel 2/5 stars is appropriate. read more

18 years ago I had a breast tumor removed - and did nothing about the symmetry at the time. Last August my breast cancer doctor recommended I look into reconstructive surgery. The first doctor recommended an implant, but I didn't want an implant, so my doctor sent me to see Dr. Z. What a blessing. After discussing options, we decided to do bilateral breast lifts and fat transfer(s) (we needed to do more than one because of the discrepancy in size). I also had her to do a scar revision on my lower abdomen where I have had 4 previous surgeries (vertical and horizontal scars). It literally looked like a butt in the front. She did an AMAZING job on both the breasts and the abdomen. She is absolutely wonderful, not only as a surgeon, but as a person. Her personal care for the patient goes above and beyond the norm. When I was at the surgery center, the nurses there told me she is absolutely the best in the area - I would have to agree. I had no idea that after 18 years of being "lopsided," I could actually feel good about myself again! I recently tried the Coolsculpt on my inner thighs and have lost approximately 1 1/2 inches from each thigh.
