I went to her yesterday and waited for over 30 minutes, sitting right outside her small salon suite where there was a chair, because she was with a client. I kept looking in and she was working on this client's hair the whole time. I thought- okay fine, she's running late. When I saw someone else show up, that's when I figured she was running really late and had double booked me. She said she intended to double book me and the first client. But she never came outside to get me. When I went in and asked if she wanted me to wait or what was going on - she was like - wait what appointment were you? I thought you didn't show up. I was right outside the salon suite the whole time waiting for the first client to leave. If she had time to double book me, then she definitely had time to stick her head out the door and see me there. I think she just made a mistake in double booking and was hoping I wouldn't show up or something. She didn't even seem fazed by it or apolozige. I lost so much time making it out to Santa Monica for her to just cancel me like that and without even an apology or rescheduling me. I asked if I could wait and she said no because she was booked the rest of the night. This ruined my whole night and the only reason I was coming was because of one of those cheap vouchers that she has. But it's not worth it. I'll rather not redeem it than attempt to go to her again. She wasted my time for nothing. I've never dealt with a more unprodessional hair dresser. Her appointments are all so tight together when they're not double booked. And it was hard to even get an appointment. And this was even after she texted if I could come in at 5 instead of 4:45. If she wanted me to come in she could have seen me sitting outside. Or she could have texted me. The excuses she gave are weak. It felt like she didn't want me to show. Never again:(. read more

This is the first time in years where I truly LOVE my haircut and color. She listened to everything I wanted in my haircut and how I wanted the balayage. I am very picky about hair cuts and believe that haircuts should compliment the way a persons hair grows as well as their lifestyle.
