Last year, I had made an appointment for a specific vaccine. A few days before rhe appointment, their system asked me to confirm the appointment, and the next day they said they do not give that shot. The exact same thing happened today. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for an important vaccine. Again, their system asked me to check-in, and today, 45 minutes before my appointment, they called me to tell me they were out of that vaccine, that they had used the last one. I've been.going there for years. I was satisfied, but now, it is obvious, there are having problems, and it's time for me to go somewhere else where they are more organized, better staffed, and where the main doctor is visible.

Addressing this process could help improve efficiency and reduce confusion for patients. I was also concerned about patient privacy. The walls seem very thin, and conversations from nearby exam rooms were easy to hear ( very loud), which may be an issue for patients who value confidentiality.
